HIRE THIS PAIINTER !!!! A new arrival in Florida, and after several attempted scams in various areas I was desperate for a painter that was reasonably priced, honest and high quality. The first thing I noticed was that he returned phone calls, the second that he kept to his timeline for doing the job and has unmatched quality. I am a handyman (retired) so I can easily determine that someone is not "working" me. I soon found out that he knew more than I did and the thiswas that when he started to paint he could actually do it. For instance, not only did he tape the base molding, but also caulked it to prevent "under runs". His lines along cabinets and corners were perfect. Spencer was also knowledgeable about paints and was willing to use what I wanted. ( my mistake ). i went with a middle of the line paint and it took him a lot longer because he two coated it. Didn't charge extra!! Spencer also has a strong Christian work ethic which includes honesty and sensitivity. I was able to leave him unattended in my home and felt good about it. I had several estimates and he was right in the middle. He also provided me with a set of references which I checked and they highly recommended him too! He showed up on the day he said, and stayed until the job was done... no "can't make it today" excuses! Wow I did not know this painter prior to hiring him and am writing this so that others can avoid scammers! Call me. Dan 6084448298
