I emailed requesting service about 9PM and received a response within 10 minutes or less. The gentleman offered to come early next afternoon. He was polite and professional, inspected the exterior of the house in search of entry points and explained the process he would use as well as the results of the inspection as he continued. He gave us his fee for setting traps and baiting which included a 2 year warranty. His traps allow an animal out of the attic but not back in. I really was pleased to hear this. Additionally, the animal removal specialist came back early each day to check the traps and see if we continued to hear the animal noises. We have not heard any noises in the attic since the traps were set.

Working within animal protection laws, Johnny promptly responded to my "cries" for help after hundreds of bats made my house their home. He was quick to respond the same morning called, providing assurances of his ability to evacuate the bats without harm to them while eliminating structural entrances to their former abode. The cost would have been less but for the need of a hydraulic lift rental to reach the high peak of the roof on my stilt home. Though 2 visits were required (1 to set a "bat escape" while patching other minor entrances & a return visit to remove the "bat escape" and seal that entrance), he was able to use a ladder on the second visit to eliminate the need for a second rental of the hydraulic lift, helping to keep overall costs low. While unable to access the area previously occupied by the bats because of home construction, he did spray an odor neutralizer in the space to reduce the strong ammonia smell left by the bats. He was pleasant, confident, professional and timely. He was sensitive to the laws and concerns of the customer. Bats have since swooped the house, but are unable to get back in. I would totally use this company again, but hope there will be no need.

NOTHING TO SAY. OWNER CAME OUT, LOOKED AT ROOF, SAID THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. GAVE US A NAME AND PHONE # TO CALL. WHEN ASKED IF HE WAS GOING TO DO ANYTHING. HE SAID NO.

He showed me where the raccoons got into the house. He pictured those and put traps. He waited and caught them and that was it.

They cover 5 counties in Florida. We used their services since we had squirrels in our attic. So, they attached a one way trap that solved the problem within 6 hours. They were great. We got a couple of estimates from other companies, but the estimate given to us by Expert Animal Removal was within the range. Moreover, their work is also guaranteed for 3 years. Nobody else had guaranteed their work. The other companies had a separate fee for the animal that they trapped and released. The guy who came out to get the work done not only removed the animal, but also repaired the area through which the squirrels had got in which nobody else provided to us. It was included in his part of the fee. He was good and we got to know about him when we were randomly searching through the phone book. He came very quickly and he was right here when he said he would be. I would use his services in the future and I would recommend him to others as well.
