Dave told us it would be approximately 2 weeks before they could do the repair and his partner would be doing the work and would probably take a day and a half. They contacted and set a date. His partner showed up with his crew on time and went to work. They were courteous and cleaned up as they worked. The damage from the leaks was less than expected so they completed the work in one day. They did have to replace some plywood. The finished repair looked good and the bill was as estimated. It rained hard a few days later and we had no leaks.

They work went great and they cleaned up after themselves.

The original estimate Dave came and was very professional, he took his time and went up on the roof and gave me 3 different estimates based on what problems they could run in to. In the meantime I had got another estimate from a roofer that went up and removed tiles came down shot a estimate out of his head and left. I found out when Dave came that roofer had left all the lifted tiles in a pile on my roof which was now exposed to the weather, after Dave wrote out a thoughtful , detailed estimated I hired him on the spot. When I asked him about did you see any tile up there on the roof as on the edge I could see one missing, he stated a stack was up there, the other roofer had took them off to see the damage during his estimate and Never put them back! Dave said I have a crew in the area and I will have them put them back in place until we can come out in a week or so to complete the job. His crew/partner came as planned in a week or so completed the job, showed me photos of the work they completed and they were still about $900.00 less than that original mindless of the top of his head quote. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Dave The Roofer did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was fast, quick, accurate, friendly, and cleaned up very well after themselves. If I had another roof I'd probably use him again.

He had his own contracting company. He was basically a roofing contractor and had his own business. He was very good. He did good and nice work. I was very happy with him. I had received a few estimates and had done research on some companies before I had him do the work. His quote was less. The roofs down here are more expensive than in the North. You could get a roof for a lot cheaper in the North but roofs down here are more expensive because everything has to be done to hurricane specs. He was a very good guy and he was honest. He actually did the work that he said that he would do. The quality of his work was excellent. He got here when he could and did the work. He got delayed by a few days as it was raining. He got here in the week when it was clear of rain and got the work done. He was very responsive and timely. He did the work right the first time. He took few days to do the work but he got it done right. I was mostly happy with the work. He was the lowest in terms of the pricing than the other service providers that I got the estimates from. His quality of work was very high and excellent.
