They charged $59 just for diagnostic and they credit it toward repair. Took it in on Saturday and the following Monday I called them and they recommended that I replaced the hard drive. I told them I couldn't afford it, and asked if we could just do the virus removal, and he agreed to that. When I showed up to pick it up they told me they would not even start the work until I paid the full amount. They ended up charging me the full $119 instead of the $59 I was told about. When I came back in the tech told me my hard drive was fried. They then said it would take up to 30 days to refund the over payment. I decided to just pick it up and go elsewhere. Then woman called the next day and said she saw a stop work order order on my computer, and she told me that is was not fried. She then agreed to give me a cash refund and remove the viruses. I went to pick it up and the woman came over with my money and wanted me to sign a release. I explained I was not comfortable with that. The owner then jumped up and started yelling and accusing me of lying. He would not give me the computer. He was so out of control and I actually almost called 911 because I was frightened by him. The woman gave me my computer and I then ran to my car cause I was scared.

The lady who handled my computer was very rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was very nasty towards both me and my brother, who also dealt with her.
