Description of Work: My septic tank require servicing for the first time after 8+ years of use and started showing signs of drainage issues. The service man was exactly on time after backing into my 2000ft narrow driveway. He politely answered all my questions and provided some good preventative advice based on his 13 years of experience. His truck appearance was very clean considering the nature of its function. This potentially costly plumbing problem ended being a positive experience.

Description of Work: I called around 1 PM on the 26th and was told at first the truck was in my area and if I had called earlier she would have sent the service guy that morning. I explained that I was in kemo theropy all morning and she called and said they would be here in a hour. They were early and opened it up and it did cost me $40 dollars more than the original estimate of $175. I will admit the thing had not been pumped since 2005 and was bad. He finished in time for me to make a 3:30 doctors appointment and everything is running great drain and toilet wise. I got a next day follow up call and plan to use them again in two years
