Description of Work: I called on a Monday suspicious of a full septic tank. Barry arrived before 8am on Tuesday, as agreed. He went straight to the lid (under dirt and grass) - minimal digging. Did what he needed to do and rinsed everything down with water when finished. Put dirt back and now you can't even tell he was here. Price was as quoted on phone less the Angie's certificate. I have to hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I know if I have more questions I can get in touch with them. They called before they came, which I asked them to do. They couldn't have been nicer.

+ -1 moreIt went great. They were sympathetic to what I was going through, they were always on time. When I finally could get the tree removed they worked me into their schedule and came as soon as possbile. The technician found some remaining roots and took the time to dig them out himself. Everyone connected with this company were polite, compassionate and definitely showed above and beyond customer service. I love them!
Description of Work: Cleaned me septic tank when I found it was backing up. Made me aware of a problem that some tree roots were in the way of the septic. Did everything possible to help me out until I could have the tree removed.

+ -1 moreanother compaly responded that night, came within 2 hours, pumped out our tank and informed us that our tank had not been cleaned in "many" years and definetly not 3 years ago
Description of Work: nothing, called their emergency line on a Friday evening because our septic was backing up in the shower, was the complany that we used to inspect the septic and clean out the tank when we bought the house, we were not able to be here the day the company came to do the work but our realtor recommended them

Description of Work: Originally (about a year ago) I wanted them to pump out our septic tank. They located the tank but there wasn't anyway to access the tank to pump it. They gave me an estimate of the cost to take the concrete top off and make the tank easily accessible. This was a good estimate of about $1200. but we couldn't do it right then. I called them around 9/1/2013 to have them come out do the work and to pump the tank, knowing full well that the price would be higher. The young lady said that someone would call us back and as of todays date 10/14/2013 they have not.

+ -1 moreThe technician was very good. He told that the tank was to small was more for a house trailer which I knew already, but it was nice to know he knew what he was talking about. He checked out the wiring and explained how everything worked with the well. He took the water to have it tested. I was very pleased. I was going to use him again 8/5/201, but the real estate deal got canceled. I will use him again in the future. Good price for service.
Description of Work: Check out well and all piping to house. Had water tested. Gave a lot of good advice for future reference.

I didn't even have to tell him where the septic tank was, he located it with probes pretty quickly. I was very glad to get the service done. I have heard so many bad stories about septic cleaner services, so I was happy to have a great experience at a good cost.

Description of Work: The septic tank was filled and all lines were clogged, which I didn't realize because someone else had serviced the tank about 2 years ago. Apparently, the job was not done correctly two years earlier. That is why I agreed to pay Cliff's more than the quoted price.

+ -1 moreAnother company had told me I needed a new drain field, this new company was was able to clog the filter and fix it. He did what he was supposed to do. When he left the invoice he included a page that included all of the information I will need to maintain my system and everything about septic tanks. He also added back bacteria himself and told me the monthly treatments were not neccesary. They're thorough and they're very upfront.
Description of Work: They drained my septic tank completely and washed the whole thing. They also unclogged the filter.
