+ -1 moreThey were all about 30 years old. So we have very hard water. Rather than try to clean everything up it was easier to get 4 new toilets. It is kind of you get what you pay for. Professionalism is definitely an A. We had one toilet that had a pin whole in it. When it flushed we had a little stream of water coming out of the toilet. So he had to go back to the warehouse and get another one and take that one out and put the new new one in. He took care of that so I would say A for professionalism.
Description of Work: They replaced all of our toilets in the house.

Description of Work: We had a problem with a clog to the septic system that another plumber created, we got a hold of this co. through Angie's list, so glad we did. Darryl came out fixed our problem, he was professional and we will definitely call them again for future work.

+ -1 moreRoss was excellent! I Called the AFTER they opened @ 8am around 8:15am and Ross was here by around 9:15. Once he was here went straight to work and after cleaning out my sewer line 3 times to make sure there was no more root blockage it now works great! (I had called around 7:30 am but got the msg service... 24hrs later got a call from another Charlies Plumber, but by then Ross had already been out & fixed it the day before, so IF you can wait to call when they open @ 8 am you should be fine...) Great service from Ross though, I highly recommend Charlie's Plumbing.

One member of the crew, Andrew, stood out. He took the time to explain things in an easy to understand manner. His attention to detail was exceptional.
