Description of Work: Cleaned the roof of our home. Whatever chemical they used must have been harmful to my potted plants on steps. They moved the plants out into the yard but failed to put them back. Kind of heavy for me to move but I had to do it anyway. They also removed our banner flag but didn't put it back up either. When a service is provided I would suggest that everything is put back to original state prior to service.

Description of Work: We bought the Big Deal to have our gutters cleaned. The work was done quietly and efficiently, and all was cleaned up when the left. | |The only reason I didn't give all A's was that their communication was a bit sketchy. We weren't sure exactly when they were coming, but since it was a pre-paid gutter job, it didn't matter too much. I would suggest higher levels of communication to better inform their customers and ensure that there are no surprises.

Description of Work: Kasey had previously cleaned my roof and gutters. With the recent storms, they were full again with leaves and cypress needles. He arrived a day early but since I was home and he was there, he proceeded to do the job. I also asked him to pressure wash my white fencing and it looks brand new. I will be using Kasey regularly.

Description of Work: Kasey cleaned the lanai screening and structure and also cleaned the area around the pool. It went better than expected. My wife and I are both very please and would recommend Kasey and Brook's to anyone and everyone.
