I didn't pay anything extra. They didn't do it the way that I thought they would. They just blew it out with their blower. I thought they would rinse it out afterwards but, apparently that didn't happen. If that's the way they do it now, I guess the quality was fine. I was just a little uncomfortable. I would expect a little bit more explanation, when I questioned.

I had a great experience working with them. I scheduled a week out, and the showed up in the two hour time window provided. I will call them for all of my future pressure washing needs.

We purchased a "Deal" through Angie's List and Kasey Brooks contacted us quickly. He was extremely polite and professional, both on the phone and in person. He was able to come out the next day and went right to work, moving precious plants out of the way and prepping the area. His equipment was top-notch and he did everything he said he would do and then some. We were extremely pleased with the results and will recommend Kasey to our friends and neighbors and we will definitely use him in the future.

The provider arrived at the agreed upon time. He started to work right away and the job was completed within an hour at the agreed upon deal price. Driveway looks spotless and white.

It wasn't that good. There were no additional charges. They said they were going to dig out around the bottom, and they didn't. I really don't know what they did. I wasn't home. But I probably wouldn't use them again. The price was okay.

Kasey and his staff were great. I emailed asking about their services and he got back to me within 2 hours and he was able to schedule me for a date in less than a week! They showed up on time, were professional and did a wonderful job on the porch. The porch was terrible looking due to all the rain we have had and there was green pollen built up on the surface. They cleaned the gutters. It didn't take very long at all and then they were gone. I appreciated that they cleaned up the debris they blew out of the gutters.

Everything was just terrific. Punctual and professional. Very thorough. Cleaned off siding next to pool and some other things that weren't actually defined in the deal. Worked out a deal with Kasey to pressure wash a few areas of the house and, again, they exceeded what they needed to do to satisfy me. Overall, I am super pleased.

They did a great job and everything looks like new. I was especially pleased with the appearance of the 35 year-old tiled roof when they were finished (as were my neighbors).
