Description of Work: The price was good and they performed the services promised. They were supposed to arrive between 12:00 - 1:00 P.M. They did not call to tell me they would be late. I called them at 2:22 P.M. and got an answering machine. Around 2:30 they showed up. I expect professionals to call if they are going to be late and give a valid reason for being late. I got the feeling I was dealing with two young guys who were working for someone else. Would I use them again possibly, but I am not sure. Punctuality and professional communication are a big deal with me.

Description of Work: Kasey Brooks worked alone and did a very capable job. He cleaned our large tile roof, the driveway and also a sidewalk to our front door. He also cleaned a problematic gutter between the house roof and the lanai over our pool. We will very definitely call upon him again when we need his services. We can recommend Kasey - very highly.

Description of Work: Excellent job on the gutters. We needed our driveway washed and Brooks did another excellent job. It was unfortunate for them that the original job through Angie's list forced them to drive some 70 miles for about 90 dollars. I would love to have them clean our pool deck but it's just too far for them.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job cleaning. I was told that despite the information on Angie's list they did not normally service my area. However, the provider did go out of his way and came to my area as soon as he had other calls for service in my area (due to the information on Angie's list).

Description of Work: Company responded via e-mail that they do not do 2 story homes. The Angie's List ad indicated the company would do 2 story and oversized houses (more than 3000 sq ft) for an upcharge. This turns out not to be true.

Description of Work: Pressure washed the driveway and walkway. Came and went without me even seeing them. There was a problem with Angie's list charging my credit card 6 times for the same service and Kasey sent me email asking me why I asked for a refund. I only disputed 5 of the 6 charges so hopefully they were paid by Angie's. All and all they were great.
