I purchased the cleaning special for $155.00. I needed my gutters cleaned quickly because I was getting work done on my screen enclosure. Brooks responded very quickly and got the job done prior to the screen maintenance. The service was excellent and I appreciate the quick response.

I called several companies attempting to get the work done and most never called back. Those that did were much more expensive. I had used Brooks in the past and they always did good work. Kasey originally had written down the wrong number but I always follow-up with email and he called me back immediately. Came out as scheduled and provided a quote and we agreed on a day for the work to be done. Arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job. Professional, courteous and conscientious about taking care of my property.

I called Brooks last minute to remove some bad weed growth on our rear patio. We had another provider that we had used in previous years cancel our appointment, and we were stuck as we had company coming and wanted the patio in top shape. Brooks was able to clean our patio the same day we called, and for a very reasonable price. All of the weeds were removed, and it looks great. We will definitely use Brooks again in the future! Kasey and Ryan were awesome. Kasey, the owner, was extremely responsive to all my messages (I used the Angie's List messaging system, by the way), and he was able to accommodate us in a very timely manner, even though we're located in a different city from him. Both Kasey and Ryan were very professional, friendly, and showed an eager work ethic. They finished quickly and did a thorough job, so that everything looked great. He showed up on time, covered the landscape, did the job very quickly and left the house looking brand new. People had told me " oh be careful because your landscape will die". He did a nice job in protecting it. i was not home when the services were done but my neighbors said he was fast and efficient I mailed him his check. I will say, he was nice over the phone.

I had planned on the service performed 12/15/15 but the workers did not show. When I called the next day and left a messaged the owner promptly returned my call. He had me down for a different date. When I explained that date wasn't good for me due to arriving company, he was able to change his schedule and fit me in the next day. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I originally purchased my pool deck cleaning but was so impressed with the professionalism and work I paid to have our driveway and sidewalk done as well. The deck and cage looked so much better as the deck was filthy and I don't think it had been cleaned in a very long time. The same goes for our driveway and sidewalk. All this was done in under 2 hours. This was well worth the wait and I would recommend this company. When we are ready to have the exterior of our house and roof cleaned, I will be making a call to Brooks Pressure Washing to schedule the work.
