Although it was threatening to rain, they came out and completed the work as promised. If I hadn't seen them, I would not have noticed they were there because they cleaned up so thoroughly. I was happy with this service.

My experience was perfect. They did the job well. They cleaned up well after themselves. The two technicians were good to work with. I may not be able to use them again since I am far from his usual territory.

It was easy to make an appointment. They showed up on time and cleaned the gutters quickly and didn't leave a mess behind.

Did an excellent job. Had to re-schedule, but called the day prior and arrived as promised.

The service provider was very timely in his communication and scheduling. When the service provider arrived to clean my gutters around my pool enclosure he did not feel safe getting onto my roof. He felt the roof's pitch was too steep.

They missed the first appointment butwwhen I sent an email, they immediatly responded and came the next day. It appears they d a good job but left one of the drain pipes disconnected from the house.

Since it has not rained for a while, it is difficult to see how well the gutters were cleaned. I will have to wait for a rainstorm to determine how effective was the job performed. The only con that I have is that enough debris from the job ended in the pool that it took me two days to clean after the job was done. Let me also mention that I was not available to be at home when the job was done because they suggested to perform it together with another customer who lived close by because of the distance involved. To be fair to this service I will give it an A rating and recommend to anyone. Just make sure you are at home when the service is performed.

It turned out very well. Brooks Pressure Washing did a nice job and they cleaned up everything up really well. I like the fact that they were courteous, they were on time and I don't have any complaints about them at all. I thought the price was good; it was reasonable.

Kasey called the same day that I scheduled the appointment. He came out on a Saturday and looked at the job then gave me a great price for the service that I needed. He let me know the day he would come out and then left a message when he was done. He even cleaned the back gutters at no charge. Everything looks wonderful. I will definitely use him again and also give out his information to my neighbors.

I searched Angie's List looking for a company that was local here in Spring Hill that had lots of feedback and a good overall rating. I contacted Kasey through the email available on his Angie's List page and we stayed in contact via the site. Every thing from the first contact with him was A+. Kasey and Ryan arrived ahead of the appointed time which is a definite plus. They covered my plantings around the lanai and proceeded to do their job. Kasey handled the pool area and Ryan worked on the driveway. We have lived in this house 11 years and the pool area has never looked so good. This company is definitely not a fly by night operation but a totally professional business and they excel. The driveway was really bad, in places the concrete has about worn away, but the scrubbing machine that was used it a very good job and it is clean?yea! If anyone is looking for a reliable and professional company for pressure washing Brooks Pressure Washing is the place to call. From now on we won't use anyone else.

Brooks called before arriving and walked me through the process and time frame for cleaning the pool enclosure and deck. They were courteous and professional.

Needed pool cage, travertine deck and surrounding travertine pavers cleaned on an urgent basis. Had another company set an appointment 3 weeks before and then no show on the day and never called to say they could no longer provide the service AFTER I had already cleared everything off the pool deck area! Also had party planned and needed the service done quickly! Found Brooks on Angie's List and called and left a message. Kasey called me back promptly and was able to squeeze me into his already tight schedule that same week, which by the way, was outside his daily local/normal call area. He then, watching the weather, called me the next day and improved the service date by a day to avoid the inclement weather forecasted! He and Ryan showed up promptly as promised, prepped the area to make sure nothing was damaged and also went above and beyond by scooping up a surprise "gift" that my golden retriever left for them. They spent 2+ hours cleaning that nasty green cage and screening. He had a cool rotating surface cleaning tool that really cleaned the travertine too and made the pavers look like the day they were installed 4 years ago which was never successfully accomplished by prior providers. Yes, use Brooks Pressure Washing services. You will not be disappointed with the professionalism of this man and the work quality he and Ryan commit to their customers. Kasey did an excellent job. He contacted me immediately. He took extreme care with my property. He covered my fence and plants to make sure there wasn't any chemical damage. He also made sure my vehicles were safe. He went above and beyond. I will be using him in the future.

I contacted Kasey Brooks from an Angie's list Big Deal for roof cleaning. I was not sure of the size of our roof as the Bid Deal was for 1800 sq. ft. Mr. Brooks and I emailed each other back and forth as he and I asked questions. Initially he was uncertain as to when he could clean the roof due to weather. He explained that he could not clean the roof if there was a threat of rain as the solution needed to stay on the roof for a while to be most effective. By the time we agreed to do the roof, the Big Deal had expired. He honored the price that was quoted on Angie's List. He was also willing to do my elderly neighbor's at the same time for that price. She declined but it was her loss. Mr. Brooks said he would be at my home between 10 and 11 am and arrived promptly at 10:30. He and his partner covered the shrubbery with tarps to protect it from any runoff. Our roof came out beautiful. Our home is 10 years old but we have only lived here for 2 years so I don't know when it was cleaned prior. The product used should prevent algae from growing for up to 3 years. He also took care to clean any streaks left behind on the soffit/fascia. I would definitely use him again. He was prompt, courteous and offered a great value for the money. They showed up at 10, which is the time they said they would be there. They were very polite. Went about cleaning the roof. My roof looks like its brand new. I just can’t believe it. He advised that after it rains, it will look even better. I can’t believe how it can look any better! He even sprayed our trim around the roof for me and it made the roof really pop. He even covered our plants very carefully before they started to spray. I thought that was so wonderful. The roof just looks fantastic! Im just awe struck!

Kasey and his crew did a great job. First - They did it in a fraction of the time I would have done and better than I ever did with my little pressure washer. Pre-washed the area with bleach and then pressure washed everything. The driveway looks like new. The pool area is extra clean through and through. The Angie's List coupon got my attention, but his A+ Reviews confirmed my purchase. I paid extra for the pool area since the coupon was only for the driveway. They arrived on time, the were very fast and organized.

Now, it looks great and the pool even sparkles. What I like a lot was the fact that they took a lot of time spraying the pine needles off of the screen surrounding my pool. It turned out really well. We were very pleased with it. The guys were really informative, they got it done fast and quick and it was great. I would use them again. I think they were pretty punctual.
