Simply awesome. These guys were prompt, courteous and professional. They did an awesome job. Our pool enclosure and lanai deck never looked so good. I will use them again.

They were on time. Very professional and polite. They saw I had a disable and made sure that the wooden porch steps were clean that the wood looked brand new. I'm not worried about walking down the steps with my cane any more. I will use them again.

They used bleach and now I have white patches in my walk way, in the stone. I have contacted a couple of other contractors to see what it will take to fix the problem. I will have to pay additionally to have fixed.

Very well deal was for two car driveway and sidewalk. I have a three car driveway but he did it for the some deal price anyway. The rest was for additional work.

I gave 3 appointments times when I purchased the Big Deal, but Brooks did not acknowledge the days I requested. They gave two days as options (Oct 15th and 16th) and then failed to show up. I was ok with those other days but I have now requested a refund.

I did not end up using the deal because it was in the wrong area, but Brooks Pressure Washing was very great to work with.

Very impressed with all the work performed. Kasey contacted me within a few hours of requesting service (thru Angie's list). He was very professional and got me lined up on thier calendar within the week. Brooks performed a deep clean of our gutters all across the back of the house (have not been cleaned in 10 years. About 2" build up of leaves/compost). I was out of town when they came to do the service, but was very improessed with the fact that there was not a sign that they had even been to the house! Very professional and cleaned up everybit of left-overs from the gutters. Will definately use them again when the time comes!

They were very friendly on the phone, arrived on time, and did a great job of cleaning the gutters and cleaning up afterward. Also, the special price of $99 was a real bargain. We will definitely use them again.

An advertised daily deal from Angies List came for gutter cleaning. Upon purchase they were very prompt on making an appointment and ALSO keeping it. Once they were here I thought they would be here for a half hour tops, but they were here for almost two hours. They cleaned them, blew and picked up the leaves, ran water down to make sure there were no clogs, and picked up the mess after. Our gutters have never worked better, there was a storm shortly after they left and it was so good to see the gutters working and no overflow from the clogs! We would highly recommend them..

Kasey and Ryan did an impressive job pressure washing my driveway, non-pressure washed the tile roof, and the exterior of the house. My home exterior, roof, and driveway have never been cleaner and it even looks better today than a couple years when i last had it pressure washed by another company. The communications from the day I contacted them to now have been very timely and professional and Kasey quoted me a very reasonable price for their pressure washing services. They went above and beyond what I expected by even cleaning up the second story balcony and the two of them worked efficiently and were done in about 4 hours. If you have a pressure washer at home, do yourself a favor and leave it in the garage as Kasey and Ryan have excellent pressure washing equipment and tools that can do a better job of cleaning and in much less time. Highly recommended and will use them again in the future!

Everything went well. The company responded to our call within an hour, and it sent someone out within a week. They were very accommodating with our schedule and were kind enough to do do the work despite that they didn't service our area of town. Unfortunately, I can't grade the quality of the work since I haven't inspected the gutters, but I assume it's gone well.

Kasey and Ryan did a great job. We moved in July 17 and the home had been empty for over a year. The house, pool cage and pool deck looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The white pool cage was half black from mold or mildew and the deck had a lot of black dirt on it. Now they look GREAT.
