After posting this review and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the $41.75 was refunded to our checking account. We still feel that this should have been handled properly from the beginning and we will never shop at this retailer again.

Helped in choosing a new bathroom tile and taking the time to educate us about tile, its installation and what to look for. The salesman (also named Bob) was patient, helpful and considerate. Prices were competitive, but it's the service that sold us, such as a willingness to store the tiles until we were ready to install them.

On June 29, 2013 we visited Bob's Carpet Mart. We found a carpet we were interested in and a salesman named Joe Elton asked if we knew how much we needed. My husband related the square footage and we were told the price would be between $1000 and $1200. We then asked to have an in home estimate just to be sure. Mr. Elton came out on July 2, 2013. After measuring he informed me that the price would be $2143. I asked how the price could be so much higher than what we were quoted and he informed me that our measurements were WAY OFF!! I then asked to see the estimate and measurements at which time he refused. When I asked why he said that Home Depot charges for estimates and they don't want to give anything in writing because of this(We never mentioned Home Depot and had no intention of using them). I then asked him to at least tell me how many square feet he was charging us for and he again refused. At that point I told him I felt this was a scam and told him to get out of my house. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! These people are NOT honest!!
