 + -1 moreAs a result of a recent leak in my soffit, I had my roofing contractor come out to inspect. He immediately voided the remainder of my roof warranty (put on a year earlier). The Gutterhelmet had been installed incorrectly. The back edge of the covers were screwed on top of the roof shingles instead of being slid under them. This company is refusing any liability (1 yr. labor warranty). Bottom line, the install was done incorrectly in the first place. Roof damage, $850/ soffit damage unknown at this time.
Description of Work: I had Gutterhelmet microscreen covers installed on the gutters of my pool enclosure back in 2010.

 + -1 moreThe newly installed gutters looked fine on the front of the home but, shortly after installation, the rear gutters began leaking, around the screws, A woman who answered the phone suggested that we clean the gutters to stop the leak. The gutters were brand new and not full of debris. The installation was faulty and now the owners blame each other.
Description of Work: Leaky gutters after installation and owners attempted to repair once. After numerous telephone calls gutters still leak and the patio area has huge stains from the leaks.

Description of Work: Signed a contract for new gutters. Waiting for the date the work will begin. They gave us one of three estimates and we accepted their's because it was detailed and most professional of the three. We gave them a deposit on 4/26.
