When you tell a family one price and change it at the end, it’s called bait and switch. This company is a bunch of crooks. I would never recommend them to anyone almost $15,000 for the smallest roof in Florida and they didn’t even finish would not return and we still have to pay.

I should have chosen a different company ... project took 8 days with no communication, project manager basically abandons the job to go on vacation the day my project started... why not schedule it when he came back instead of having all materials just sit open in my driveway for days .. stopped the job while telling me to get an electrician out, due to 2 light scones interfering with the soffit...basically giving me a panic attact..... ( manager should have told me to have them removed beforehand in my opinion) all while upcharging me $5,000 higher than signed contract and what was agreed on..no way I got that much wood replaced.. my whole house isn't even 800 squarefoot... they didn't even put soffit all the way around my house. Missed the most important area inside my lanai....... paid cash to get a discount. What a JOKE .... the roof looks better. I give them that, but what an unprofessional experience all the way around .....I will NOT be recommending this roofing company to anybody!

Ready Roofing has proven to be the perfect example of poor workmanship and unprofessional management. The experience has left me with two separate roof leaks, faulty flashing, a broken double pane skylight and all done without the necessary inspections. The permit remains open. The company no-showed me on eight different occasion’s leaving me waiting, not calling, not answering. Still the management refuses to take responsibility. Not the American way! At least for me.

Workers showed up late on a Friday and tore all the old roof down and put tar paper down and said they would be back to finish on Monday and did not show back up till Tuesday. Friday when they started they were doing the work without a permit, permit came after they ended for the day. On Tuesday when they finished they packed up really quickly and took off and said nothing. Shortly after they left our central air stopped working. We called out our ac company and found out that the roofers had punctured the lInes of the unit that run to the handler causing all the freon to leak out. Now we know why the roofers ran off so quickly and the foreman on the job was yelling at them. When we called the owner of the company he said they are not liable but would send his ac repairman out to verify, needless to say they never showed, so basically we are stuck with the repairs from the damage they caused. Their mess up will cost us at least 2000 if not more to replace and not to mention we are stuck without ac, in the heat of the summer . I find this very unprofessional and don't understand how they are still in business. To top it all off, the crew this company has working for them are not certified roofers, they are general laborers they pick up at labor ready.

Work went very well; they came out and ripped out a 4x4 section of the roof where they thought the leak was, put all new shingles down. No leak. It was all done under warranty.

These guys are really good. I highly recommend them. The bid was competitive. Wayne, the man who bid and sold the job, also visited the site frequently to assure good quality. He is trustworthy. He is a man of his word. Norman the foreman was always the first to arrive and last to leave. He managed his crew well. Everybody lives in the county, so I knew I was helping to provide local jobs. The old joke about "where do contractors go after the job is half done?" does not apply to A Ready Roofing. They started the job when they said they would and stuck with it until it was done. They did three roofs for me. Two needed a lot of wood repair. They repaired them better than the original construction. They all look great. When I need any more roofing work done, A Ready Roofing is my only choice. Bring on the wind! Bring on the rain! I'm-a-ready!
