Very unproffesional.

Description of Work: They put up Vinyl and chain link fence with 2 remote controlled gates. They were punctual, friendly and very hard working. This was a big job and they did it perfectly. Neighbors were asking for their number before the job was even finished. Toby and Jamie were great - they did everything I asked them to do and more. They also fixed my old chain link fence. Lovely, competent people!

Hello [member name removed]. We had an appointment scheduled between 12 and 1 on Friday of that week. I called and left you a message at 12:15 to tell you I was on my way and I would be there in about 30 minutes. I did receive a call back from you around 2 pm (while I was with another customer), but you left no message so it was hard for me to know who it was until I looked back after meeting with my other customers. We then set another appointment (set up by a mutual neighbor) and you called me the morning of to cancel because another fence company was starting your fence that same day. I apologize you felt like we never returned your phone calls, but we felt like we did everything we could to accommodate you and your schedule.

Description of Work: The job was to repair 6 foot wood privacy fence. Several of the posts were rotten, termite infested and broken, others were just loose(not set in concrete) from a poor initial installation. Mike, initially made a commitment to meet with me on one of two days I was available. I had to call and email a couple of times to get this accomplished... I gave him one last chance to get the job... He met me at the property, we agreed on a price and a time frame. The work was done in the time frame as we agreed and the results were much better than I expected. I only down graded them for responsiveness and punctuality as it took several attempts on my part to get them to actually meet me at the property to discuss the job. Mike did do a very good job and as I said the results were MUCH better than I expected given the poor installation of the original fence. Thank you mike for a great job for a fair price... Another project is still possible and I will be calling you when we are ready!

Description of Work: We spoke to the office and were given a date and time for them to come out and give us an estimate. They never showed nor called. Their loss we have a 2 acre property that needs a large amount of fencing. In today's economy it is a shame to give good business away.

Everything went extremely well.
Description of Work: We needed to replace the fencing in our back/side yard. Jamie came out and gave the estimate. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Toby and his crew came out and had the job done in two days. They were all pleasant and professional. The fence looks beautiful. We would recommend A Perfect 10 to others.

Very conscientious, very good worker, just a nice young guy. Wants you to remember him and get to know him. Very capable and truth worthy. I will continue to use him for things inside and outside of the house. Very good maintenance work.
Description of Work: Has done a number of odd jobs--fixed dog run, cleaned drain around pool, fixed door, painted pool deck, painting major areas inside house, poured concrete flooring in dog run, fixed wall outside of dog run, has done some carpentry work.

He repaired the entire wall stucco and all. The work is absolutely amazing. He matched everything perfectly. The quality of the work he has done in building the deck and repair the wall is above and beyond all my expectations. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any work needed on my home. He is very disciplined and professional; I cannot believe the quality of work from such a young guy.
Description of Work: In helping with another project I hired him to add a cement deck including paint and in the process he found termite damage on/in an exterior wall that he also repaired.
