Wonderful, very nice guys. Showed up when they said they would and worked professionally and quickly.

The workman was on time and very courteous. He installed a new valve and relieved clogs quickly. No hassles whatsoever.

They're unbelievably nice and easy to deal with on the phone. They are accommodating and very honest about when they can get to you. I think they have pulled the rabbit out of the hat for me, in the sense that the granite people drilled some holes in the wrong place in the tub. I would single out an employee named Adam, who was able to come up with a solution to avoid a huge surcharge of nearly $12,000 in having to redo the entire granite; it was potentially a disastrous situation of which he pulled out not only myself , but the granite workers as well. I felt their prices were fair; I had checked the rates of a few competitors, and we ultimately settled on an hourly payment schedule. I believe they entered their hours accordingly and honestly, and saw no reason to think otherwise. They are unbelievably trustworthy; there was several times that I left the house entirely and let them go about their work.

They responded promptly and arranged to have a plumber at my house on the same day. Office staff were very courteous. The plumber, Adam, was able to get there earlier than expected, and communicated this information in a timely manner. He was able to repair the faucet, and tighten the fittings to prevent further leaks. He also fixed a slow drip in my laundry. All in all I was very impressed by his courtesy and professionalism. I would have no hesitation in using them again, or in recommending them to friends. An excellent experience.

Following this procedure, I finally heard from the owner, Scotty Parker. He explained there had been a mix-up in scheduling my appointment. He did come that evening 7:30 PM and did get my drains cleaned out and open. He was very polite and professional, I would use him again.

It went very well under difficult circumstances. Their office found a way to get help to me quickly, since my water usage needle spun wildly if I left my water turned on. I was without water, something you need to experience to understand the full extent of its inconvenience. Meanwhile, my hero plumbers started work on my predicament sooner than I'd expected. They worked together without breaks, did a careful job, explained in detail as they went along, and ended up staying late to finish. They were polite and considerate and, once done, cleaned up after themselves very well. The price was no surprise; they told me in advance the size of the job, what it would entail, and what to expect. In short, I only wish I could always work with people as straightforward, hard working, competent, honest, and as pleasant as Scotty, Adam, and Brad (who turned out to be Scotty's son).

The plumber arrived on time as scheduled. He came prepared and knew his stuff. The work was done very professionally and had not heard any problems with the installation as it was in a rental unit.

Great. Replaced 2 water lines and stopped a leak.

I called several plumbers after a termite inspection revealed a leaking kitchen faucet. Qualified Plumbing was the only one that said they could stop by that day to look at the problem. The plumber arrived within 20 minutes after the call. After looking at the problem and asking the age of the faucet (17 years), he offered to fix it but suggested we replace it. He made some adjustments to reduce the leaking until we could purchase a faucet. He also suggested which brands were better and easier to repair in the future. We also asked for an estimate to replace the master bath toilet. The toilet was replaced 3 years before by another plumbing company but the toilet never seemed securely installed and we were worried the wax seal was leaking. Also, we were not happy with the quality of the toilet. He suggested a brand he could get from a plumbing supplier but cautioned us that the replacement price could be higher depending on what he found when he removed the old toilet. Before he left, he presented us with a written estimate of $340.00 ($235 for toilet, $105 for faucet). I called to schedule a time to get the faucet and toilet replaced about 5 days after receiving the estimate. I left a message but I had to call two days later when I didn?t get a call back. This time I spoke with a woman who scheduled the time for that Friday afternoon. The plumber was on time, very personable and did the work quickly. He replaced the faucet with the one I purchased. It's working great. For the toilet, he did determine there was a minor leak from the wax seal due to the toilet not being securely installed but there was no damage. The toilet that he provided is of much better quality than the previous replacement. It is securely installed and this eliminated the problems we were having. I was very pleased with the work and the cost was the estimated price. I will call Qualified Plumbing again and would recommend them.

Both times, the scheduling was smooth, and the technician arrived promptly. The first occasion (a few weeks ago), the kitchen drain was snaked, and minor repairs were made to the sink connection. Today, a tub/shower drain was snaked thoroughly and well, a leaky tub/shower valve was repaired, and I got good advice on how to handle some issues regarding a French drain. On the latter, he was honest enough to say point-blank that to mechanically snake the French drain in question would probably do more harm than good to the thin plastic pipe.

As always they got in touch with me right away and got the work done extremely quickly. Qualified Plumbing is the company I always use when I have any plumbing issues.

In short, every aspect of this job exceed my expectations. This was moderately large job. I wanted the switch the locations of the tub and toilet which necessitated cutting open the concrete slab, cutting into the main drain and putting in the two new drains. Daniel met with me within 24 hours of my first call to give me a quote. I called them the following Monday to pull the trigger on this and they scheduled me for Wednesday morning. Daniel called me to tell me he was on his way (as promised) and showed up on time. Two other guys came out to assist with the job a little later. It was a good crew. I know something (just enough to be dangerous!) about plumbing and thought their work was first rate. I thought the price for the amount of work done was very competitive. Just to adjust the expectations of someone who might be reading this: I had the bathroom demo'd before they arrived and I asked them to let me finish the concrete work on the job. The price they charged reflected that. Can't say enough good things about this company. I hope these kinds of reviews don't give them so much business they can't maintain this level of service!

Scotty Parker (owner) and employee Adam performed the work. Replaced gas water heater and installed new water softener.. They had too make several reconfigurations with water lines, exhaust pipe, gas line and piping for new water softener. After everything was hooked up Adam went too another job and Scotty stayed till the water tank and water softener filled up and checked for leaks and everything was operating properly. Scotty and Adam do EXCELLENT work and very reliable! Very reasonable prices also. Qualified Plumbing is the only plumbing company I would use.

The staff of Qualified Plumbing Services were punctual, professional, and did an outstanding job. I will use them again for future plumbing jobs. I chose them based on the excellent reviews in Angies List.

Owner, Scotty came same day as called and changed out existing garbage disposal with new one I had purchased. He had do a little re-plumping for new one. Works great! Did an excellent job. Scotty is detailed with his work. He made sure the are no plumbing leaks.
