badly, (Name Removed) was extremely rude and disagreeable. He originally came out Jan 6 and looked over the job. complained about tall grass and the fact it was a kennel (bigger job). Cut the brush Tuesday, texted and sent a picture. finally contacted me and stated he would be back at 8 am Jan 13th. did not show till after 9. I was unable to be there due to his being late. approx 10-1030 he telephoned and complained bitterly about the amount of work that needed to be done. complained about electric wire running across tank? following his leaving it was only Wednesday morning when i the tank was again full and th3 electric was not reconnected. He failed to check the pump when he had the tank empty and left it that way without telling me. Now i must pay AGAIN to have the work done and must lose additional time and money. When i contacted him (Name Removed) to request he either 1. fix his mess or 2. return my money he hung-up on me. I have already contacted another provider. Since this man will not have an opportunity to fix his mess I want my money ($450) returned for work poorly and shoddily done.

Scheduled next day service, completed project promptly on a federal holiday for a great price! Was very professional and pleasant, provided outstanding quote on a new drain field as well! I highly recommend, does not overcharge!

After waiting 4days with septic messed up not able to use the toilets he came located my tank opened it up n decided to come n let me know he was not gonna clean our septic tank because it had to many wipes like seriously I know this is not the worst for u to just say screw u cause it is Friday I waited for 4days I have a 80 yr old disabled woman here n we can not use our toilets still this is so wrong blows my mind but thanks for I guess ur appearance n no help .God Bless

Never hire this guy to do your work. He can not be trusted. He underestimates the job, does not know the current regulations, is absolutely rude to everyone involved in the process and created a huge delay in our house closing due to his inability to complete the job on time and was extremely over budget. He took our money, asked for more and still did not pay the county to close out the permit. He now owes us $300 since he did not pay for the permit final inspection to close out the permit.

I had to have a new drain field put in and he explained the details and offered tips on maintenance. His response was very timely. He left the area very neat and orderly. Price was comparably less expensive than competing companies, and quickly available. Servicing specialist was willing to answer questions and offer solutions. The specialist arrived 30 mins late and didnâ t call in advance to notify customer of delayed arrival. The post service cleanup/soil repair was minimal effort requiring increased customer labor. All said, would recommend this business and will use again.
