David Caldwell was great. He called me right after I called him late in the night, told me what to do to prepare, came out next day started the job two days later, and completed the job within a day and a half due to having the inspection completed in 2 hrs on the first day and about 45 minutes on the second day. My drainfield is working Thank you, David!

Professional, pleasant. Phoned to let me know he was caught in heavy fog. Had not been to this town before, but he received a second request from a Hawthorne resident right after I called Advance, which I thought was fortuitous. He did have a squeeze going into my driveway and was concerned about the overhanging branches, about which I can be more aware in the future. He said he'd see me in three years!

Excellent service and David conducted a thorough inspection of the septic system. We will definitely seek him for future needs!

He responded quickly, arrived early, worked efficiently - and was very nice!, he gave us some good advice, and I plan to use him every time!

I just set the computer down after requesting a quote at 7am when I got a call from David telling me he would be there before noon! He showed up early, around 9:30, and pumped out my septic tank and advised a new drain field in six months. He quoted me a good price for the drain field, and I will use him. The cost to pump out my tank was very reasonable. Very professional, he knows what he is doing.

Came ahead of scheduled appointment. That was good. When he had a cancellation he called to see if we wanted him to come at that time. Did the job in record time. We are very glad it worked out like it did. Thanks to David.

ASOS did a fine job of pumping our septic tank. We removed all the dirt from the entire tank for him. He did not ask for that to be done. I would have liked a call about the job being pushed back 30 minutes due to previous commitment to a customer. "I" contacted him, and the time difference was explained to my satisfaction. He encountered our access holes to have been lightly cemented in place. He worked on getting them open (seemed to be familiar with that type of thing) and unfortunately one lid crumbled to pieces. I did not expect nor ask him to cover that cost. The job was done thoroughly and he answered any questions I had. He offered to put the dirt in place, but I declined due to the broken lid having only a temporary cover over it. My disappointment was the billing taking more than a week to be charged after informing me it would be that night. I called him a few days later to ask and he assured me it would be that week, but I had to send a text a few days later to remind him. I know he is busy, but maybe he could use a part time assistant. The 4 star is due to my report, but I personally feel all pump out service companies charge a bit too much. I would recommend ASOS, and would use again.

10/10 recommend Advanced Septic and David. Quick response, very professional and friendly and he has gone above and beyond - even repairing a very old septic tank lid. I've hired him twice now for two different projects and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Absolutely would recommend to friends and family!
