We had a bad insect problem resulting from the house having been vacant for over two years and a bad bug season. After spraying the house, the bugs were almost immediately gone. We had another show up a few weeks later, and Austin Van Pest Control came back immediately and sprayed again at no cost.

We had some bees decide to nest on the side of our house. We called VanPelt and got an extimate of 150.00over the phone even. We were tight with cash and my mom insisted I call Truly Nolan and check the price. They wanted 500.00 after they came out to look! Nolan said I had African bees and they were especially dangerous and he couldn't garentee it. They were not African bee not even close. I was happy to go with Van Pelt he was polite on time and got the job done with a garantee. He wife is in the office. These are good honest people. I would easily do business with again. I am tight with cash and have been doing my own spraying. It may not be as effective but when I can I will be eager to hire them on a regular basis.

He was very good. He was honest and on time. He didn’t try to upcharge us and didn’t try and sell us anything we need.

First, I heard about this company after receiving a coupon for a referral discount from someone else who had previously used the service. This referall discount prompted my call to the service provider whose work had been highly recommended. The representative from the company arrived exactly on time and courteously provided company identification, noted and explained the details of the referral I had received, described the work, and confirmed the price before beginning any actual service. Even though he had to do this amidst of my two noisy and persistent dogs, he handled the situation skillfully and within minutes began to apply the treatment which, he explained, was safe for both my pets and any children I might have. He took his time with the application while also asking questions about special areas of concern so the he might treat them thoroughly. He systematically completed treatment as he had previously detailed. Next, he provided me with referral discount coupons to give to others who might need his service .but merely told me how his other clients handle subsequent visits. Finally, he made no attempt to sell me on any additional services or special products. So, overall, I was pleased by his professionalism and the quality of service.

The owner, Austin, worked around my schedule for the appointment. He arrived promptly, sprayed the interior around every wall/floor connection and around every door and window. He also paid special attention in the bathrooms to spray high for silverfish. He was very attentive and guarantees his work. His price is better than everyone else that quoted and he didn't try to throw in a bunch of extra junk I didn't need for a higher price tag. He was honest and friendly and I will definitely use him again!

The owner came to do the work. He was very polite and professional. Explained the guarantee that if we see anything or have any problems he would come back within the 6 month period at no charge. The chemical he used had no odor and we did not have to leave the house. He stated that it is not harmful to humans or animals. The treatment worked and several months have passed by without problems.
