I have used this business for 5 years. Washer, dryer and now dishwasher. Reysan has always been honest on time and very knowledgeable. As I stated in a review several years ago. As long as Appliance Squad is in business I will never buy extended warranty on any new appliance. Always great to work with Reyssn and this business.

Our water dispenser stopped working. Repairman came on schedule, worked on fridge water lines but still no water when done. Said it needed a plumber, who they would call since was a home warranty repair. 3 days later plumber came and found no problem with plumbing, reconnected the fridge and now seems to be working, although the plumber did nothing (I watched). Still unknown why water stopped and now re started. Of note, service man was NOT vaccinated and this was 6 months into available vaccine.

The service man was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend the company.

All went very well. I was disappointed that he had not been vaccinated yet.

They scheduled to suit my schedule and confirmed when they were on the way and arrived when they said they would. They arrived in the early part of they scheduled window. The repair man removed his shoes before entering out house to preserve my wife's rugs. He was polite , knowledgeable and explained in my terms what was wrong and the probable causes. My control board had died because of age of unit and option was to repair or replace. Due to age, I decided to replace and going to purchase a unit on Memorial Day Sale today. I trust this company.

Our washer bleach dispenser would not drain. The technician arrived on the same day found the problem and even had the part we needed on hand to repair! Our washer was back to new within a few hours of me sending in our repair request. Highly recommend this company!!

GREAT SERVICE. NELSON ARRIVED EARLY AND HE NEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE DID THE REPAIR VERY QUICKLY. BEST SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. FIRST TIME USING THE APPLIANCE QUAD, BUT WILL NOT BE THE LAST.
