Description of Work: I choose Steven as my realtor, and I was very happy and a satisfied customer. He was very knowledgeable, confident, and sensitive. He helped my wife keep calm throughout the process. We left our dream home but he made the process as smooth as possible for us. We knew where we wanted to buy next and because of his great knowledge and insight we were able to great or next smaller dream home. You won't be disappointed with his service. Recommend him highly!

The prospective buyers ran into some problems with their financing but Steve, along with the buyers' agent, both worked diligently to close the deal. Steve is young but he is enthusiastic, intelligent, motivated, highly principled and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate market. He kept us informed through the entire process and was extremely accessible anytime we needed him. We always felt he had our best interests at hand and we never at any time felt pressured to close the deal. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a first class real estate agent in this current difficult real estate market whether you are looking to sell or buy. He truly is a very nice guy and you will not be disappointed with him because he will always do the right thing.
