This has to be the most unprofessional misfits in the Security Alarm industry. They installed 4 security cameras and synched it with a free 3 rd party App that they downloaded from the App store so that I can view my house remotely on my phone and iPad as well as received notifications when movement is detected around my home. They also installed floodlights that I purchased from home depot over my garage and on the sides and back of my house. My issue with this company is their total lack of customer service care and follow up. I, the customer, had to follow and contact the company within the first weeks after the install to request a demo of the usage and features of the remote viewing. This should of been done immediately after the installation. In addition I, the customer, had to follow up to obtain the user manual of the system again, this should have been done immediately after install. If I had not followed up, I would have never received any demonstration on how to use the system or the manual to refer back to as it was apparent that after my check cleared I was an after-thought. They sent a representative over to my home after about three weeks and frankly he was clueless on how the system operated and was constantly on his cell with the third party affiliate in an attempt to properly demonstrate how the system worked. This was very unprofessional, and left me with zero confidence. In short, the representative wasn't able properly demostrate the system but promised to have someone contact me from their company that would be able to. In addition, one of the flood lights that they installed was wired incorrectly and when I checked it In my attic, the wiring was sloppy showing exposed copper leads and poor workmanship. They did send back the pseudo-electricians who tidied up their work but left with the flood light again not properly wired and inoperable. Now back to the cameras and the companies inability to get the remote viewing and notification features working properly. I contacted the company numerous times over the last three months and still I have no resolution. They really demonstrated their unprofessionalism in a communication thread via text that one of the reps was having with me regarding the issue. The representative had thought that she was communicating with her colleague but was actually texting me when i received a text that stated " that pain in the butt won't go away..." When I sent the rep a text back letting her know it was actually the "pain in the butt " she was texting , the rep tried to cover it up by stating that she was forwarding a communication from her corporate office and wanted me to see how unprofessional they were! Not only is this company unresponsive to their customers, but they think we'er stupid as well. Stay far away from doing business Patriarch Security and do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and go with ADT because it is not worth the aggravation. I paid over $1,600.00 and it's been over 3 months and I'm still waiting to be served
