They did no re-sand the entire pool deck. There were spots that were missing. Also they put sealant on the brick pavers and promised to come back right away if it rained within 24 hours. Of course, it rained and we had to call several times just to get them to come back to reapply sealant. When the sealant dried, it left white spots all over the pool deck that was very noticeable. We called to express how unhappy we were and it took many attempts for them to come out the look at. They agreed to re-sand and apply sealant again, but said they would be there on a certain and would never show up. Took more phone calls for them to finally come out. Still not satisfied with their work.

I had contracted them to level and seal pavers. Once I had contracted them and paid them a down payment the said that they had not included the cost and could not level all the pavers. It took a lot of arguing and showing him his own quote to even get them to do part of the pavers. A project that he said would only take 2 or 3 days took them almost 10 days. During this time he did not show up for even a full day to work on our pavers. It took a lot of arguing and phone calls to get this project complete. The sealing job was horrible as he did not even sweep the pavers down and there was sand all over the pavers when he sealed. At the time he said the seal was guaranteed for two years. Now less than six months later I am calling someone else in to do the job correctly.

Job went fine, no problems. It was explained to me that they use a water-based sealant vs an oil-based sealant (said it lasts longer). If you are looking for a shine as the end result, don't go this route. It brought out the colors of the pavers nicely but not much shine. But honestly, not sure there's a product out there that would hold up in the Florida sun all day. Overall, good job, fair price.

I called Ocean pressure washing and sealing. based on Angie's list. The call was answered by a real person. An estimate and appointment were scheduled to fit my schedule. Danny the owner/operator arrived promptly. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I was satisfied with his estimate, which was fair and reasonable. I scheduled the job. He arrived as scheduled and performed the work as agreed. He cleaned, resanded and sealed my pavers. He did an exceptional job. He was very meticulous and professional. They resanded and sealed the pavers on our patio. We called, got an estimate, and had the job completed within a week. They did such a good job that we will be using them for some of their other services.

Best cleaning service ever, hands down. My wife and I had returned from a deployment to the middle east in mid-December, and (of course) we volunteered our new home in suburban Tampa to host family from out-of-state. By the time it was all over, we had hired two different residential cleaning services and were still unhappy. By the time Maria and Danny showed up, we were exhausted from the holidays and not too optimistic about a company I found online. They were absolutely awesome. They cleaned all the usual things you'd expect such as sanitizing surfaces, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming but they also had attention to detail that I hadn't seen with any of the previous companies we'd used. They organized the mass of papers on my office desk, neatly folded my dirty clothes strewn on the floor (my wife hates that), changed the sheets on our bed to fresh ones from our linen closet, and even folded in the toilet paper ends like they do in hotels. We immediately signed them on for weekly service. In the last two months they've been working with us, we are amazed every single Thursday night when we get home from work. The house is beautiful, tidy, and ready for the weekend. Seriously better than the competition, really friendly, easy to work with, and extremely customer-oriented. Maria and Danny have always volunteered to pitch in where they see problems, whether we ask or not. I'll gladly keep up my weekly cleanings as long as they keep hiding my dirty laundry from my wife.
