LESLIE'S SWIMMING POOL SUPPLIES

I called to discuss pool cleaning and repair. First, I was told they didn't do pool maintenance (cleaning and chemicals) and said they referred that work out. When I asked for them to email me their references I was told they couldn't email me anything because they have "such an old computer system"! Then I was told they would call me to schedule an appointment. They didn't. Instead, I received an email setting an appointment for me (and referring to a non-existent call). I responded via email and stated that 1) I hadn't arranged that schedule and 2) no one had called me. I was told they'd set it themselves (without checking dates or availability) and that I'd have to call a different number to cancel or reschedule. I responded that, no, I wouldn't since I didn't make the appointment and they could cancel it themselves. Oh, and I never heard back from either of their referrals for cleaning and maintenance.

They were the ones that could install it the soonest, but I don't know if they were the best priced.

We have purchased parts and service form Leslie's in the past like the pool pump which is a major part and had them install. They were the ones who were able to do it the soonest but, I don't know that they had the best price.
