Terminus seems to be the only company that Angies list wants to promote. I left a email and call to them one of 6 companies from here. I needed a asap with a very fast need yesterday turn because nextgen failed to complete the task be needed date.. John called me after office hours on Saturday, showed up on a Sunday the next day and charged me more for the rush job, Yet he was still quite less then the competition! I will not forget this and I hope that people realize small companies move the world these big companies think they own it. I give this man and his company a 100 stars. The funny part this only F company I called showed up did the job when needed while the A's called me back 2 days later after the work was done and out the door!

He promised a 2 day turn-around. He missed the, agreed upon, deadline and has not answered a phone call or email. We are now behind in our mortgage processing.

He came out for initial consult but never called back afterwards. We called multiple times with no response back.

TERRIBLE! John said he would have the job done in 2 days. I even agreed to get a full survey showing topography and landscape for more than double the cost of what the county requires. 5 days later he said it was done and to send him my architect and my email address. That's the last I heard from him. I left several messages and never received a reply. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this guy. Very unprofessional.

He went out on the 2nd of October to survey the land. We were scheduled to meet after he was finished, but he never called me to let me know a time. So I called him on the 3rd and we planned to meet on the 4th. Then on the 4th he never showed up or called. I have called him several times since and he will not return my calls. I do not understand why he is not calling me back.

He was punctual, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced.

I don't call people back that don't call me back, so I would not use him.

Have not yet decided on who to use, but this company is definitely near the top of the list. They were very quick to get back to me after I submitted an on-line quote query.
