+ -1 moreJAKE AND HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB. ALL WORK WAS DONE IN THE MOST PROFESSIONAL MANNER USING THE BEST MATERIAL AVAILABLE, RIGHT DOWN TO THE FASTENERS. HE EVEN GRINDS THE TOPS OF THE PILINGS TO A NICE ROUNDED TOP EDGE AND BEVELS THE ENDS OF THE DECKING. HE REALLY BUILDS A BEAUTIFUL DOCK.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD DOCK (20' BY 16' PLUS 4' BY 10' WALKWAY), INCLUDING PILINGS, AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW DOCK (12' BY 24' PLUS 4' BY 14' WALKWAY), INCLUDING HANDRAIL AND BENCH. USED COMPOSITE DECKING, 0.4% PRESSURE TREATED SUPPORTS, AND 25' TO 35' PILES. ALSO REINFORCED TWO EXISTING TIE PILES.
