Shelly Drost is one of the most professional and responsive real estate agents we've worked with in a long time, anywhere. She has an extensive legal and business background, which must help to give her a really high sense of urgency. Shelly was on top of things even before we mentioned something. she kept us informed, and worked hard to bring down any roadblocks before reporting any challenges to us. the seller's agent was aloof and unresponsive. Shelly sought assitance from her area manager to move through some of the issues. We really respect her sense of judgment, direct yet personable nature, and her dedication to doing things right.She returned calls at all hours, and let us know well in advance when she would not be available. We really appreciate that she did things on our time schedule, paid attention and een tried to anticipate our needs with regards to this transacation and especialy that she got back to us right away all of the time. We did not know Shelly before we found her on a real estate website and just started asking her general questions. We are very glad we worked with her and will do so again in the future.
