They could not find it after they had been notified three times that it was there. After I waited an hour and a half of them searching for it, they finally found it. I was not thrilled with their on-line service at all. In fact, I won't use it again. They pretty much kind of brushed me aside while they were looking. They were rather rude. I started going up and down the aisles myself looking for it, up on the top racks myself. The price is good. The quality of the product is an A, not the store. They did notify me that it would be there through their system on the Internet but once I got off the Internet, and had to deal with the people at the store, their responsiveness dropped down. In store, I would shop there again but for items on-line, never.

They did a very thorough job. They were careful to go all the way to the eaves and make chutes.

It is very difficult to find anybody that can help you, they don't have enough staff. When I speak to somebody, they are good. I will not use them as often as I do.

The services were great. I just think they're expensive. It turned out to be very good.

The first time I went I spend $800 and the second time I went I spent $424 and they were unbelievable deals. I looked at Sears and everywhere else and Home Depo was the cheapest that I could find. I bought the refrigerator for $800, they delivered it for free and I bought a range for $400 and it was here in 2 days. They were awesome they set up the fridge and the range for me they tool away my old appliances for me and they didn't charge me extra so they're really good. Sears charges you $60 for delivery. When I bought the fridge it came with the water connection kit but they didn't want me using that one so they took me out to get a new one. They were awesome.

They did the work that we were looking for. The generator wouldn't start because the gas have been in there way too long and so they cleaned it and everything and got it into working order again. They did it in a reasonable time frame.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and very efficient. Windows were installed in about 3 weeks from order being placed. Installers worked very quickly and professionally and left everything clean and neat when they were through with the installation.

I had some problems and I've had them out, and they've been real nice but I don't know if it'll be fixed or not. The experience with them was good; they are excellent.

The windows were good quality, and they weren't cheap. I am very happy with them. Home Depot was very professional, I have no complaints, and I was very happy. I guess I am not the savvy shopper, because I didn't get 3 quotes. I trusted them to provide a quality product. They were expensive windows, and they will be here after the house is gone. I am going to take them with me after the house is destroyed. They made an appointment, and they came. I will use Home Depot when I do the front of the house.

There's nothing that really stands out about them. The quality of their products is good. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I have used them extensively for doors, tiles, bathroom products and other construction products. I only buy products from them because I have an electrician who does the fixing. They usually have the products available, and that is why I like the most because I don't have to run from place to place looking for what I need. They have a loading service, and they load the products that I purchase in the truck and I don't have to it myself. I would use them in the future.

I don't really go there that much. When I go, I usually know what I'm looking for. They have a pretty good selection.

They were here in four hours and it was way too long. Their bid was more than twice as much compared to the one that we ended up taking. They didn't measure the windows but they talked a lot. We will not use their services again in the future.

I liked them. The salesman was very good and he followed through. He was better than some of the other companies that I went with, but I weighed the pros and cons, and found that I got a slightly higher quality glass at a comparable price from another company that is on Angie's List. They were professional and had broken down the estimate accurately with a lot of detail. The follow up from the salesman was excellent and the timeframe was excellent. They were one of the top contenders for the job.

As explained above, we were extremely pleased with all aspects of our association with Lowe's and really have no negative comments to make.

Recommended installer installed the hot water heater, and it seemed kinda okay. Water didn't seem that hot. About two weeks later, people took baths and showers, and suddenly, the hot water ran out. Our old water heater didn't have this problem. I called installer multiple times and left more than one message but no one ever called me back. I was calling the line on their sticker on their water heater. To reach anyone at the installer’s, I had to call the installation number that I called originally for the work. Of course they answered, but they immediately let me know that this wasn't "their problem" and curtly gave me the warranty company's number to call. The warranty company kept trying to get me to buy replacement parts and get an o-meter to fix things myself. They said they would reimburse me for any parts I bought. Eventually, the warranty company finally sent someone out and finally at the very end of everything, the repair guy figured out that the thermostat was faulty. He was able to figure this out because of a question I asked.

Their pricing was very good. They were professional and responsive to my needs. I was satisfied with their service.

I think I over paid them, but everything went well and on time. I had no problems with their service.

Danny was the project coordinator for the remodel. He was quick to respond to any questions. The Kraft-maid cabinets arrived on schedule. The plumbers were efficient. The cabinet installer was very meticulous and very prompt. The counter-top installers paid attention to detail and were very neat in their job. The job took about 3-1/2 months. Extra materials were returned for a refund. We are very pleased and recommend this company highly.

Home Depot sent out an at-home service rep (Wayne Mullen) for a free estimate. Wayne was patient, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He explained the cost, the procedure and gave me 3 other names of people who would be working on this project along with their work and cell numbers. The siding was done superbly and comes with a lifetime warranty.
