 + 0 moreI felt that Douglas did an especially thorough job on all of it. He was here longer than I expected, but that made me feel he was doing a complete job.
Description of Work: I had a living room/den (250 sq ft) cleaned and a sectional sofa cleaned. My carpet was very bad with spots and stains and the sofa smelled of animal odors, the whole thing came up beautifully clean and smelling great.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job, but I would get more quotes from other service providers before I would use them again. We had to change the time (hour window) which they did accommodate, but I didn't receive a 20 minute courtesy phone call.
Description of Work: We were moving out of a rental into new home and called for quote for living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, and a hallway. We received a quote for $129 (range $100-150). However, when Doug arrived he measured the square foot living area and said the cost would be >$300, but deducted for having no furniture to move, and a 10% Angie's List discount which brought the price down to $189.00. He was there for 2 hours, and the carpet looked wonderful (few scattered stains). However, I think they need to firm up their price quoting method.

 + -1 moreSERVICE CLEANED 4 ROOMS TOTAL IN MAY 2005. I HAD RECENTLY MOVED OUT OF THE HOUSE, AND, UNFORTUNATELY THE MOVERS WERE NOT THOROUGH IN CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES. DOUG REMOVED ALL DEBRIS FROM THE ROOMS AND CLEANED THOROUGHLY. I'M HAVING THEM CLEAN MY HOUSE AGAIN 10.29.05 AFTER THE RENTERS MOVE OUT. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY, AND OBVIOUSLY USING THEM AGAIN. SERVICE AND AVAILABILITY CANNOT BE MATCHED. I THOUGHT THE PROTECTION WAS A BIT HIGH, BUT THEY WENT OVER AND ABOVE IN THEIR COURTESY AND SERVICE.
