I personally went to their office 4 times asking for a quote. On initial visit the owner Steven came with me and looked over the job. Promised me an estimate in the next few days. Over the next 3 weeks I returned 3 additional times and called the office another two times. Each time they promised the quote would be there that day or the next day. I expect the job to be a few thousand dollars as there are 6 large planter areas. I wanted to use them as they are less than a mile from me. After 6 or 7 attempts I am now on Angie's list looking for alternatives. The dollar estimate used is based on competitors quote of 6000.
Description of Work: Non-responsive. Did not do what they promised. No follow through. No returned calls.
