I renovated a house in Brandon, Florida and when I was ready to sell, I called Gene Faircloth to list the property for sale. Gene showed me comps of other properties in the area and we determined a market price. He is very knowledgeable of the Tampa Bay area and market conditions. Gene took professional pictures of the house and did some light staging of the kitchen and bathrooms. He listed the house for sale and it sold within a week of listing. Of course there were bumps in the road that made the process not a smooth as we all would have liked.
