Description of Work: I had hired someone through Angie's List that was offering a deal to come out. I knew what had to be done, but purchased the deal for the good offer. I had a husband that was not very handy, also my father's idea to take care of a rattling window was to nail it shut. So I pretty much know from my experience what needs to be done. I was the one who put the chandeliers and fans in my home and I knew what I needed to ask for. The original service provider I hired to do the Big Deal, came in the house and sat down at the dining room table, and started doing figures. After he was doing he had a cost of over $1,000 which was $800.00 more than what I was expecting. I called DeCourt to do the work I needed and my bill with him was $150 dollars. He did exactly what I wanted. Needless to say I know that he has a masters degree in electrical engineering. It isn't as though he doesn't have the credentials. He just isn't choking you to death with big bills.
