Coggins Plumbing installed 3 toilets in our new home. We called about the toilets always getting plugged up!! First we had a no show. Coggins did not call to cancel they never called. When they did show up they asked if they can install a Sloan Flushmate? They gave me an estimate of $525.00. Sloan Flush mate can be bought for $140.00 on Amazon or ebay! They want $385.00 for labor that would take 5 minutes to complete!! Give me a break!!

I had work scheduled when the water was turned off in my townhouse community so that repairs could be completed. When the community needs to have the water off for repairs, unfortunately it has to be turned off for everyone; therefore it is off for just a few scheduled hours. I explained this thoroughly to Coggins before the repair date. When the date arrived it turns out that they had some problems with a job prior to mine and were also short staffed. I only know this as I called several times that day to inquire as to why they had not shown up. I am very understanding of the fact that sometimes things don't go well and problems arise. However, in such a case, they should call early and explain that they can't make it rather than leave the customer hanging. Fortunately I was able to snag another plumber who was on site and they did the work instead.

The HOA where I own a villa was shutting off the water for the entire attached housing community in order to make repairs to faulty water shut off valves on individual units. I had called to make the appt. and was told someone would be there between the hours of 10-1 pm. I received no call and no plumber showed up. There were many plumbing trucks in the complex so we just got another company to come to our unit. Very disappointed that I had selected a local company from Angie's list that had good reviews and had such a bad experience.

Excellent. Greg removed and installed the new unit. Fast, professional and responsive. He replaced the unit with no issues or problems and did a great job of clean up and removal. I've used Coggins on a number of plumbing issues over a period of years and highly recommend them! Great Service. Thank you Coggins...

The job went smoothly and completed on time. The price was better than expected. We cannot say enough great things about Coggins. And we are always happy to use a family owned and operated business. We highly recommend this company.

It was not good, to say the least. It took them at least 5 visits to finally resolve all the issues

They fixed my garbage disposal and even left me a tool so I could fix it myself next time!
