Center Point did an excellent job. They went above and beyond. The price they quoted, and stuck to, was very reasonable. They were much list than a couple of crazy high quotes I had gotten. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jeff at Center Point gave me a quote for a shingle roof and a standing seam metal roof. 7k & 11k. This was in 2005. No brainer. I went with the metal roof (a very small portion of my roof...8x8, over an old addition, required a rubber membrane because that portion of the roof was almost flat). I had had some leaking in my old roof around the chimney that had quite a bit of damage. In the contract with Center Point they tell you any repairs beyond the actual roof replacement are are charged by the linear board foot...no extra labor charges. I had quite a bit and was concerned. But it was only about $300 extra. Boy was I surprised by how little they charged me. This roof has been fantastic and it's so beautiful! A huge upgrade for my home. Service after install was great too. I had some leaking next rainy season after install. Jeff came out himself and found the problem at my roof vent and fixed it no charge. 10 years later...2015 I had some leaking in the small flat roof portion of my roof. Jeff came out as soon as I called and told me all th the roof needed was a liquid coating product (cost:$125). He told me I could buy it myself and coat the roof or he could do it for a couple hundred dollars. I had him do it because A: he wasn't charging hardly anything for his time and labor. and B: because by the time I got everything together and did it myself it would have been a huge job for me. He's been doing this for God knows how long and it was simple Simon for him. I cannot say enough good about Jeff and Center Point Roofing. So very thankful for a professional, quality, business like this. And a business owner who truly cares about his customers

Excellent workmanship and great service

Center Point did all of the roofing work on this project. Their crew was fast, neat and conscientious.

My neighbor who helped the owner get started in the roofing business referred me. I left one message with a secretary and a week later a voice mail that I would like an estimate and was being referred by this gentleman. I never received a call back.

They did an excellent job! They did the entire job in a day and a half. The crew was polite and extremely efficient. Jeff was great to work with. We are very pleased!

The crew had my old removed in a day, and on the following day, a new crew started the installation process. They worked very efficiently, and neatly, within the time frame that Jeff gave me. The only glitch was that the supplier sent the wrong material to finish the look, and Jeff had to reorder the part. Unfortunately, the roof I ordered was not standard, so the supplier was told it would take a few weeks to get the correct material. Jeff did a good job communicating with me, and the roof was completed the day after he received the parts. I highly recommend Jeff Smith for his professionalism, and the excellent work of his crews.

It took a very long time because we were trying to find a color that we wanted in metal; we ended up having a custom color installed. They were able to accomodate that. From the time they got started until the final walk through, it was about 2 weeks. They were very good, as they found a leak during the process. The foreman was going out of town, so the night before he was going to leave, he and his son came over that night and fixed the leak before we even had a contract for them to start work. They also gave me a nice warranty along with the roof.

I'd been in this house for 30 plus years, when we first moved in we had numbers of roofing problems and no one solved them until I met Jeff Smith. He has since been our roofer for anything. He's very competent, very professional, good follow thorough, responsive and fixes any problem after the job if there are any. He does an excellent job.

The roof looks beautiful, and although there was a problem with a heavy rain, Mr. Smith returned calls immediately, did the necessary troubleshooting, and redid the problem area. He is excellent at finding roof leaks and coming up with solutions,which he did for our family room roof in 1999 after several other roofers had failed to solve the leaking problem.

They also reroofed a shed. There was a leak there and they responded quickly to fix it. The custom fit looked better than I had expected with metal. I referred them to a friend who had them install a shingle roof and that friend told me that they were also pleased with Center Point's work.
