Sam arrived on time, was friendly & polite. He pumped the septic tank, after he found it since the tank was not correctly placed on my survey. This was on a holiday weekend, without an extra charge. He also put a concrete seal on where the tank has previously been entered incorrectly. Great job!

Arrived within two hours of my call. Located buried tank cap. Drained tank and made recommendations on septic field replacement. Excellent service. I will most definitely call again in the future.

I called in the morning with a septic "emergency". Sewer was backing up into the drains in the house. Brandon septic tank was there by the afternoon. Worked efficiently and professionally. I will definitely use him in the future.

After Sam opened up the tank and did a general inspection he refused to charge us and said that the drain field would need to be replaced within the next year or so and he could pump the tanks then. My husband managed to give him a little bit for his time and trouble, but he was wonderful! It's hard to find trustworthy, reliable people anymore and I will have to say that Sam is definitely one them!

Showed up on time. Got right to work opening and pumping our septic tank. Closed the tank at completion, restored ground condition. Was professional and friendly. Will call again when needed without reservation.

Wow. I saw the good reviews on AL. Called on Wed, and he said he could be at our house the next morning. My tank is clean and the job is done perfectly by 8am! The gentleman remembered my wife and her mother from servicing this house 10/12 years ago! What a nice man. Fast & efficient with a big smile early in the morning. A+

He is "A" all the way down the line, he always is. He is prompt, punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He does the job that needs to be done. He cleans the tank and puts out the dirt bags that he had to dig out of the septic tank. He puts grass back a little bit over the top.

Sam has serviced my septic tank twice. The first time he mentioned that the drain field appeared to be bad, which I didn't follow up on. The second time, after the drain field had completely failed a few months later, Sam came to the house at 10:30 at night and was as pleasant as ever. He cleaned the tank again and gave me the name of a good company to help me out. I have recommended him to many others.

Called the company and Sam was at our home the same morning. he was very pleasant and did a great job. We have three septic tanks and have used Brandon Sepric Tank before. They always do a great job.

Our system backed up the on the worst day of the recent tropical storm--Monday, June 25--and I was told someone would come out the next day (Tuesday) before 10:00 am. Around six o'clock on Monday evening the gentleman from Brandon Septic came to the house (he was "fitting us in" his schedule) and fixed the problem--a half a day earlier!!! I would give my highest recommendation and we greatly appreciated him working late to accommodate us.

He came out almost immediately. He helped us out big time. I've used him a couple times and I'd highly recommend him.

First, checked with Angies list for septic tank service of my area in Tampa Bay. Found several listed and I read the reviews..selected Brandon Septic Tank Service based on the very positive recent user reviws. I called Brandon Septic Tank Service and talked to Sam..owner and operator. Briefly discussed my needs..Sam explained his service and price. I accepted the price and we agreed on a day and time for his service. On the appointed day..Sam arrived early. Good looking Peter Built Truck and Equipment. Went to work immediately, found the entry door and began pumping.. He explained my system and current condition. He didn't try to up sell any thing but just gave me very good information. I asked him for a recommentation for the future required field renewal service that would be required. Sam privided me with a company name and telephone number.. After pumping and cleaning my tank..he replaced the entry door, sealed with a mix of cement and dirt...replaced all sod and washed down everything with clean water. All in all a very positive experience and I highly recomment Brandon Septic Tank Service.. Oh yes, the price was very reasonable at $225...

Job well done ! I called to set an an appointment and he was able to come out the same day and did. He arrived on time and got right to work . Probably took about 40 minutes for him to dig everything up and drain the tank all the while explaining things about the sytem to me. Great guy !

My septic tank backed up into the house and flooded the bathrooms. I called Sam (I think that's his name but I might be wrong) at 7:30 am and he said he'd be over between noon and 3. He arrived right at 1:30 so I would consider that spot on. When you call this guy he's kinda hard to understand on the phone because he's from the Bahamas. And when he arrives he's not very friendly but after a few minutes he warms up and starts talking. After a little digging he diagnosed my problem as a bad lift station float switch. He's very honest and instead of charging me for to replace it he told me where I could pick one up and how to do it myself. It was very easy and his honesty saved me alot of money. He pumped out the tank and charged $200.00. Over all it was a great experience and he taught me alot about how my septic system works. I would recommend him to friends and family.

He answered my call and set up an appointment for the next morning and arrived early. The appointment was for 8am and he arrived at 7:30 and I noticed him waiting in the street for the proper time. Once I met him he proceeded to dig up the covers on the tank and pump it out. He answered all my questions very politely and cleaned up the site before leaving.

He dug up the tanks, pumped them out, showed me how to replace the pump and save $$. filled all the holes, cleaned up everything afterwards. Very professional job.

He provided quick service; I called him today and he came today. He left everything clean and the way it was before. He was also friendly and affordable.

They were just fantastic in price, quality, and everything else. They work with another company that was the one that did the drain field.

The service was good. The price was good. He gave me information regarding another problem that I had and a company that could work on it.
