I was so fortunate to find Diane and Black Cat Restoration! I needed a chair cushion restuffed and had a previous bad experience with a Carrollwood location. Diane was responsive and professional, she explained to me what was possible and outlined the various options, and the price was reasonable! My entire experience was very positive and quick! I chose to drop off the cushion and did so on a Wednesday. I was notified three days later it was done and ready to pick up. The most important thing, however, is the fact my oversized chair seat now has a new, firm insert and is once again comfortable and provides support for my back. Thank you, Diane and Team!
