Description of Work: repaired water damage to ceiling and repair drywall damage from Plumbing work in master bathroom. ceiling required reapplying popcorn and bathroom required stuccoing of the wall for painting.

Description of Work: Replaced sliding glass door with French doors, replaced outside bathroom door with upgraded impact glass door, drywall and patch repair. Dave also coordinated the whole bathroom remodel project with other contractors.
