B & M Carpet Cleaning

We always get them before holidays or special thins going on at our house. He's wonderful. They're excellent. We have been satisfied with them for the past 5 years since we found out about them. The pricing is fine with me. I don't worry about it because I feel like it's fair. He's a good man. He has a good machine. My husband wouldn't call anybody else. I have no complaints. He's really quick. He has been able to come very well. Punctuality is fine.

We are repeat customers because he gets outstanding results. He will move furniture as needed. We don't require him btain a totally clean carpet, we used him commercially as well.

Bill was on time and worked nonstop. He did a very thorough job on my carpets and on the pressure washing.

It went very well. I have a corner lot and quite a long sidewalk area. It was all cleaned very well and looked good when Mr Ward was done.

I have to start by saying that I NEVER take the time to write a critique or opinion on services or products. In my opinion, it is rare today that you receive the level of service or there is a product that is well made enough to justify the time it requires to even write a review. With that clearly jaded point made, Mr. Bill & Ms. Mable deserve an entire paragraph worth of praise. B & M Carpet Cleaning is hands down the best in the their industry as far as I am concerned. I called B & M after a family gathering at my home. I honestly considered just replacing my entire living and family room's carpet with the condition it was in after the get together. It was raining that weekend and needless to say, the tan carpet looked Black. I also have 2 kids that have abused the carpet for a few years with markers and paint and who knows what else. So you can imagine I didn't have high hopes. After calling around and getting quotes, Mr. Bill agreed to come out and give it a shot. I had tried other companies prior without much luck (for the most part to make my wife happy) as I never expected much in the way of results. Usually they were there for an hour or two and barely cleaned the surface. Mr. Bill came that next morning right before I left for work at 8:30. He was just finishing up around 4 when I got home!!!! SAME PRICE AS THE OTHER COMPANIES in the past. I walked in and realized that my $125 just saved me more than $3000 in replacing the carpet. Mr. Bill has been helping me keep me carpets clean for the last 5 years. I have recommended him to at least 10 friends and every one of them has nothing but incredible praise for him and his work. I am writing this review because it is so extremely rare to find a company/people that truly are the best and care so much about what they do. You would be remiss if you didn't call Ms. Mable and book Mr. Bill. I
