The floor is a total disater. Complete failure within 3 days of instalation. Every board has cupped, some have split, some have popped off the floor breaking the 1/4 round molding. I received no help from Lumber Liquidators, The Floor Pros or HSS (home service solution). A Law suite has been filed and I will be happy to post the results after the case.

He arrived promptly each time he came to our home. He didn't make any promises he didn't keep. His stepson, Bobby, was in charge of the installation process. Outstanding! We purchased our hardwood floors from Lumber Liquidators. While there, we explained our valid concerns about a previous bad experience with hardwood installation in another home. Our saleswoman suggested we hire Arthur for the installation. We can hardly say enough good things about him. He was professional, courteous, punctual, and meticulous with details. Arthur listened carefully to our concerns, and fully explained his installation process. He first leveled the floors with a liquid product, let it fully dry, and then installed the boards. The spaces between the boards are even and minimal, and the distribution of short and long pieces is pleasing to the eye. He fully cleaned up after himself. He does more than just lay the boards-he has an eye for design. The floors are beautiful and we couldn't be happier with his work!
