Previously I hired him to address a washer that stopped working. So when dishwasher stopped this time I called in and he was able to fit me in the schedule around holidays.

 + -1 moreThe gentleman who responded had no idea what was wrong with my machine. He wanted to set up a repair appointment. I then told him I had Googled the problem and told him what it was. He said. "Oh yeah". I said since he did not know what the problem was I would not hire him. He agreed I should not hire his company.

 + -1 moreDid an excellent job, would hire again for appliance repair. He came within the time frame he gave us. Because repair work was done, his service call fee was waived. He also made sure that the dryer was running properly and cleaned all vents, including one that we didn't know lint can escape to under the dryer. Showed my husband how to remove and check this spot, at least once a year. Very professional and polite.

Jon was able to come by the next morning and arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment time. After diagnosing, Jon advised us that the repair costs would outweigh the cost of replacing the washer. There was no pressure or unnecessary attempt at repairs. We were only charged a modest service charge. We appreciate that kind of honesty. Appliance Geek will be our first call for any future appliance repairs and we will be recommending them to our friends.

 + -1 moreI had a terrible experience. I had to have my bank revert the charge, which they have now submitted to them that I signed off on the service. How would I have known that I was just charged for a service not completed as promised?
Description of Work: I have no idea how they have so many "A""s . My experience was very bad. They came out, refrigerator continued leaking. When I call them, they told me to plug it out overnight. Still leaking. They thenrefused to refund me stating the $69.99 was the trip charge, which was never mentioned - I was told I the fridge was repaired and led to believe so. In addition, when I called them to tell them I had a $20 coupon from Angie's list, they said it was applicable for that service even thought the coupon clearly stated "$20 off ANY service", I just said ok, only to find out days later the problem was still as bad or worst. Awful customer experience, terrible customer response.

He worked fast and accurately and installed the new switches in 30 minutes. He also analyzed my freezer as it was not making ice. He analyzed the problem and was able to fix it without any new parts. I was very happy with the quick service, expert analysis, and cost. I will definitely use Jon again.
