Horrible experience with this owner. Before hiring, I was very specific in making sure that the grass and shrubs would be protected. I was assured there would be no problems. My entire side yard along with my neighbors, is ruined from the harsh strong bleach that was poured over the roof. I called Jamie who keeps telling me it will come back. It's been over a month and I have huge patches of burned out yard... He sent some young kid out to look at the yard and of course he quoted Jaime verbatim. Never again... So rude and unprofessional...and destroyed our property. Don't use this company.

Jamie was very professional and courteous. He kept in touch from the time we scheduled the appointment until the work was done (we had to reschedule once due to heavy rains). The roof looks fantastic. They were very careful to rinse all my landscaping with water after the roof clean, to make sure the cleaning materials didn't burn them. They also gave me information on keeping the plants clean if there is runoff. I was very pleased with every aspect of our interaction. I would definitely use them again.

They were expensive. All of the mold and fungus was removed. I have beautiful tile, almost like a coffee brown, but when they have something growing on them it can really change the appearance of your home. They killed 10 of my shrubs which are large sections of my hedge. It's going to take years for the new ones to catch up. The appearance is not right. They do protect certain windows so there's a security thing there too.

They were available within 1 week of first call. Very responsive. The job went well-looks like a new place. The screens had turned green on the 2 story 2000+ sq ft pool enclosure. Within an hour of spraying I can see the woods clearly again. They cleaned the rock of the waterfall spa. On an unused deck area they even sprayed the metal bench that had mold. A second helper stayed close by to spray water on plants to minimize any chemical burns to shrubs. This is the third time they have done my home in the past 10 years. I saw bent sprinkler after they left and called-they said they would be right over to fix it. When I mentioned the damage to my husband he knew another family member actually did it. I immediately called to tell them it as not something they did.After all the care they took I felt sorry I had called. I would definitely recommend them.

Called and spoke to Chris who was very helpful and gave excellent tips regarding my situation.. to make a long story short we purchased a house in a HOA community and after closing we were told by neighbors (on the HOA board) that the roof had a previous violation due to discolor. After speaking with Chris (and given his years of knowledge dealing with HOA's I'm assuming) he said that I should contact my title company given that the seller didn't disclose this to us. Low and behold after a few days of finger pointing the title company cut a check for the full cost of the cleaning! I want to call Chris when purchasing my next house! Seriously, the roof looks great and saved money based on Chris's advice so I would recommend them to friends and family any day of the week!

Great. My roof is only 5 years old(shingle), but had begun to get those ugly black streaks about 6-8 mos ago and really made my home look unsightly. I wanted it cleaned but did not want to risk killing my shrubs around the house--my neighbor had suggested I just spray it with Chlorox. I found this company on line and after a long conversation with the owner, decided to give it a try. They delivered what they promised. My roof looks brand new. They asked me to water my plants around the house everyday for a week to help dilute any chemicals that were washed down the gutters. I would recommend them to anyone and only wish I had before and after pictures.

A tentative date was set by the gentleman who answered the telephone with the understanding that Apple would call back to confirm the date. There was no call to confirm the date. When their team arrived, we weren't at home but they started the work anyway. When we came home and scrambled to put some of our outside plants out of harm's way of the chemicals used, some of these chemicals dripped onto my husband's shirt, bleaching out spots of color. When we addressed the lack of confirming call and the start of the work without our being home with the team, the response was a shrug. When the office was called to address our complaint, we were not surprised that there was no return call to that either.

Owner very friendly. Indicated work would be within next couple of weeks due to rains. He called me two days later and said his guy was on his way due to a break in the weather. Estimated work would be an hour and a half. Actual time was 3 hours and he did a fantastic job. I asked him to send me before and after pictures because I was not on site and he did. I was amazed!.I would use them again.

They came, did a good job, and left. Actually, I probably wasn't even home when they did it. I'd recommend them heartily.

I called this company to arrange for roof cleaning. They quoted a price and agreed to complete the work within 1 week, as I had house painting scheduled and wanted this to be completed prior to painting start. Late in the week, I followed up a couple of times to ensure the schedule was to be met. The were hard to reach on the phone and several attempts were required to make contact. Time was running short and though I left a message and call back #, I was not contacted. I reached out to them again, concerning my interest in completing the work. As I had an elderly parent coming home a day early from the hospital, I asked them if it would be at all possible to complete the job 1 day earlier, to help avoid the stress that type work may cause. They indicated they had a big job to complete and they did not see it possible to meet this request. They responded and quot; the big job they had was more important to me because I will make more money, than your joband quot;. I found this to be unprofessional and does not represent a positive viewpoint towards the care of the customer. I suggested that they had given me a verbal contract to complete this work, and the co. owners' response was and quot;you better find someone else to do this workand quot; and I was hung-up on. Also, as they had known about my time constraints, there was ample time for job planning and coordination back to me, if any conflicts would impact the agreed schedule. I believe all will agree this is a reasonable expectation. Perhaps others receive better treatment, however all I can share is the experience I had. Even if they offer to do the job at no charge, to try and address this very poor experience, I doubt I would accept. Something to consider.

I contacted the owner by phone on the day before service. He was able to pull up photos of my property from google and offer me an accurate and reasonable estimate. We agreed on a price and scheduled for the following day. Crew arrived on time and commenced work. Actual cleaning was adequate, but insufficient precautions were taken to avoid chemical damage to plantings near the house. Crew did not rinse properly after chemical wash, leaving unsightly residue on all my windows. In my past experience with other companies, comparably priced service has included both protective measures and cleanup.

I was looking for a company that cleans roofs but without using power or pressure washing as I had learned that if this method can damage asphalt shingles. I found Apple Roof Cleaning on-line and read over this web site info. Spoke with owner Chris Tucker and he did a very good job describing his service. Anthony came out and cleaned roof, porch and side slab cement and driveway. They use a very high concentration of chlorine in their cleaner--we called our house the "Bleach House" for about a week or so as it was a very strong odor. However, the roof looks great, and all the cement whitened up quite a bit. There is a one year guarantee with pro-rated cleaning up to 4 more years. I appreciated the fact that Anthony gave me an update on my roof condition, shingles to check/repair. I would definitely use again. Kind of weird, though about payment request--partially in cash (?? gas money) and the rest ok by check. It is reflected on my bill, though.

They had given me a quote over the phone, and I found their price to be competitive when compared to other providers. They came over when they were supposed to and did a good job. Now my roof looks clean.

Came with two workmen, one on the roof and the other handling the equipment on the truck and helping with the supply hose. The worker on the ground also supposedly used my house water hoses to rinse the shrubs, etc. around the roof drip line. The chemical odors were so strong we could not remain in the house while they worked. Many shrubs in our well-established landscaping were "burned" by the chemical runoff, including a dwarf double palm tree (the smaller palm appears dead) and some grass within a foot or so of the drip line. Also, after a few days, there were some tile ends with residual mold/mildew. When I contacted the company, I was told to use my garden hose with a high pressure nossle and clean the tile ends myself. The work took a little over an hour and was the most expensive roof cleaning in my 30 years of having tile cleaned...with probably the worst result.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE ONLY COMMENT I HAVE IS THAT THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP THE LEAVES AFTER THEY BLEW THEM OFF OF THE ROOF. WE PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE DILIGENT IN ENSURING THIS WAS INCLUDED WHEN WE SET UP THE JOB, WE JUST DIDN'T THINK IT WOULDN'T BE.

CHRIS GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND CLEANED MY ROOF WITHIN A FEW DAYS. HIS WORK WAS GREAT. ALL THE NEIGHBORS SAID THEY COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT IT WOULD ACTUALLY GET THAT CLEAN! THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE SIZE OF MY ROOF. THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT.
