Initially I was quoted $450 to cut down and remove the stump and roots of my oak tree which is less that 12 inches in diameter. Although the quote was high the individual that quoted was an arborist and stated that he would remove the stump and roots and replace with soil so that I could finally get my yard resodded. Unfortuantely it took a month to receive approval from my homeowners association. Once I was approved, I was told this company could no longer help me and was given a referral to Mike at All-In-One. Mike called and arrived that same day (Thursday) we first spoke and cut down the tree within the hour. However he asked for $300 up front and then he would come back the next day with a stump grinder and remove the stump and roots for an additional $150.00 - I also offered the opportunity for Mike to fix my sprinkler system. Mike did not come back the next day, stated that he had a buddy that owned a stump grinder and he would come, needless to say that his buddy never showed up. On Saturday, MIke stated he would be at my house at 9am - I called him at 10:30 and his stated that he would be at my house in a little while just getting up! Mike showed up and fixed my sprinkler system (for an additional $100) and stated that his buddy would be there later that afternoon to remove the stump and roots. It is Wednesday and the stump and roots are still in my yard and I am now calling another company. Mike has called me twice to say that his buddy would be at my house. I have not seen him. Mike did a good job on the items that he did, however he did not finish the job and did not show up when he was suppose to.
Description of Work: Cut down my tree, but did not complete the job by removing the stump and roots and promised. Fixed my sprinkler system.

Description of Work: Ron Humphreys is the owner. Great guy who does great work, but does it is on his time table, not yours. I hired him in July for trimming and clean-up that he got around to in Sept. However, he mowed the lawn in Oct. for free.
