My experience has gone very well and I have been using this company for several years now. They are very honest and reliable. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of service. I would highly recommend this company to others.

It always goes well.

I was told on the phone they would arrive sometime Saturday morning. However, I called when they hadn't arrived by 1pm and was told it could be anytime saturday. The service tech finally arrived about 3pm. He replaced the filter and some pvc and then turned on the pool to test for leaks. He had two leaks in his work so he cut out the connections and installed pvc a second time. He tested again and there was still a leak. He finally got that leak to stop and then left. The next week I was outside and notice a leak in the same place, the pvc going from the motor to the filter. I called All American Pools and they said they would get someone as soon as possible. A few days later the tech arrives and repairs the leak in the pvc connection. When he is done he asks me for payment of $40.66. I told him that he was repairing what he had installed only 2 weeks earlier. He said that he had done the PVC for free two weeks earlier and therefore had to charge me for the visit. I pulled the receipt from the prior visit to show him that in fact he had charged me for the pvc. He then proceeds to tell me that it's not him wanting payment but his boss. I gave him my credit card number and he then left. If you plan to use this company, I would suggest getting something in writing guaranteeing their work before you let them on your property. I would also suggest taking photos of the work while it is being done so you have something to protect yourself.

We called asking specifically for an estimate and they told us it would be a $95 service charge. We agreed and asked him to call before he was going to arrive. He called and showed up, but when I looked out there, he was already doing the work and charged me $351 without even giving me an estimate. When I called to complain, he hung up on me. Buyer beware! It's too soon to grade on the quality of their work.

Once placed on schedule, worker arrived in timely manner, answered my questions, and service was good.

HE CAME RIGHT DOWN AND DID IT. HE JUST ALWAYS COMES AND TAKES CARE OF ME.

Bob Stubbs formula for keeping pool sparkling is tops. I dont even have to brush the sides of the pool. No algae ever for three years now. They are so busy but I wanted to recognize them as tops at what they do.

DID EXCELLANT WORK. CAME SAME DAY I CALLED. WERE POLITE. VERY HONEST. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
