Outstanding work performed by Lance & Amelia - the two of them were really a great team, worked relatively fast but mostly detailed painting. They also paid attention to weather forecasts for outside painting. Started early so the typical 2pm rains would never affect the paint job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time we've used A Able Painting. We loved their work so much on our first house we hired them for the new house we purchased! I coordinated the job with Chris, extremely flexible and customer service oriented! Mike did the painting, both jobs...his attention to detail and professionalism CANNOT be beat! I highly recommend! Alex, who did the actual painting, was great! He was very diligent, conscientious, and courteous. The house now looks very nice - we couldn't be happier with the paint job. Chris, who gave us the estimate, seemed not to care at all once he had our business. I left one voicemail message and one text message, and he did not reply to either one; fortunately, neither message was crucial. Except for a communications glitch, we were very pleased with the work.

Estimate was exactly what we paid. Arrival for both the estimate and actual work was on-time. The workers were neat and their workmanship was excellent. We will certainly utilize them in the future and recommend them both on price and quality.

Mike, Alex and James did an A++++ job painting the exterior of my home. They tooled care of all the stucco issues and concerns and the house looks great. They were there everyday weather permitting to get the job done. They were friendly and professional. They cleaned up all materials daily, I couldn't have ask for a better group of guys.

I called this company for an estimate on exterior painting of my house in Tampa. The person I spoke with was very pleasant in setting up the appointment within 24 hours of my call; however, there was a miscommunication. I thought the appointment was for 9:30. On the day of the appointment, when 11:15 rolled around, I needed to leave for another appointment, and they still hadn't arrived. I figured they were running late and when they did show up, they could walk around the house and provide their estimate without me needing to be there (as another company had done). Ten minutes later, while I was checking in at the clinic, I received the serviceman's (Chris) call. I auto-responded by text that I would call him back later. He responded in a terse text that he'd wish he would have known I wasn't going to be home before driving 45 minutes. I called him back a minute later, to explain that I thought the appointment was at 9:30 and had to leave for a doctor's appointment. He said our appointment was at 11:30 and that he arrived 10 minutes early. I explained the misunderstanding, but he only vented that I had wasted his time because he had to sit through the worst traffic from Brandon only to get a text that I would call him later. Though I was not responsible for the traffic, I apologized and tried to save the situation by offering to explain the painting we needed over the phone, especially as I needed an estimate for the exterior of my home only. Chris clearly didn't want the job, because he used the excuse that he'd already left my neighborhood. He obviously was upset at the traffic, at my text, and at me. I understand traffic can test anyone's patience, but I didn't enjoy taking the brunt of that frustration. If the traffic from Brandon to Tampa is too onerous, the company should consider changing its service area.

Very well. Took longer than I expected but it was the first time I have had my entire interior painted including all the trim.

Alex was in and done on time, communicated well, and did a clean, neat, professional job. When they fell behind due to rain Alex brought in extra help the following day to stay on schedule. Able painting did an exterior paint job on my house. They did an amazing job. It was a big project but they handled it in a timely fashion without any compromise of quality. The the crew was detail oriented and maintained a clean job site. The company had good communication skills and was professional. We were alerted as to who would be at our house and when as well as what activities would be occurring each day. I received other quotes and interviewed 3 other companies. Their price was comparable for the job quoted, all four companies were similarly priced. I would recommend Able painting and I would use their services again.

Richard Pellow and A Able Painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. They explained their process thoroughly and provided guidance on choosing the right materials for the job. During preparation, painting and clean-up they were meticulous about the details. The crew was prompt and professional. They communicated frequently to insure that we knew what they were doing, when and why. A Able was not the cheapest of the four quotes that we gathered for the work, but we feel that the outcome was well worth the additional expense.

It took them 3 days to do the work. 4 people came out the first day, and then 2 people came out the next 2 days. They did a great job, I have no complaints. Everything was included in the price. They said they would get it done in 3 days, and they got it done in 3 days, that was the good part about it.

Our house is over 3400 square feet, so the cost was great, beat other quotes that we solicited...and came to us via recommendation from a neighbor! Chris from Able Painting followed up and was extremely responsive. The entire crew was polite, clean, and professional. The attention to detail was beyond our expectation. Sherwin Williams paint was used, and the Sherwin Williams representative also checked in to make sure that all was going well and worked with us to ensure we were pleased with the results.

Executive summary: It was a truly awesome experience and a thing of beauty to watch this team work. They are meticulous professionals of the highest order and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others or hire them again in the future should the need arise. For those of you old enough to know about The Odd Couple TV series from the mid 1970's, they would even pass the Felix Unger test! Background/detailed version: We have had many bad experiences with other painters in the past (Atlanta area) so (because we're finally getting smarter in our old age) this time we did extensive due diligence and reference checks before hiring Richard / A Able Painting. We interviewed 6 other highly rated painting companies who all checked out well with the BBB, Angie's, etc. etc. and decided to go with Richard for many reasons. Foremost was the fact that Richard himself supervises the job and is present on the job site, and his estimate was in line with others. We were impressed with his overall professionalism and knowledge. We were equally impressed with his back office support (Pam) as we interacted with the company to establish and coordinate schedules. Richard initially met with us for the estimate and thoroughly explained the process and options, and competently answered all questions with ease and we agreed to move forward. First thing Monday morning (8 am sharp) Richard and his crew arrived at the house. It was immediately obvious that this team has worked together before as evidenced by the fluid, coordinated, and well choreographed motions that ensued. Richard effectively "quarterbacked" the team providing directives and priorities as drop cloths and tarps were quickly unloaded along with supplies, etc. They moved quickly and efficiently through the house, stopping only for lunch. They expertly applied the paint by roller and brush, with great attention to detail with crisp even lines at the ceilings and molding areas. Most importantly they were exceptionally careful with our tile and carpet and cabinets, etc. leaving zero mistakes behind. They completed the job slightly ahead of schedule and it looks fabulous. We are very happy with the team, the quality of work, and overall ease of doing business with the company. They were simply terrific!

It took them 3 days to do the work because it was raining. I have a big house, so first they came and pressure washed it, then they sealed it, then they sprayed the dark color, then they did the trims. They painted all the ceilings, patio and they did a good job.
