I feel the job was good as far as installation. The attention to detail was way below what it should be. The team on the first day left the house a mess. We found screws and they barely cleaned. The crew that painted dripped paint on the wood floors and walls and they tracked paint and ruined my front rug. The owner came out early to get paid instead of when they were finished to make sure everything was in order. We called and he gave us the solution of take another day off work for somebody to come out and fix something that should have never happened or been left in the condition that it was. I was going to use him for my bathroom, but I just don't see that happening now. I hope this is not the norm and my review changes something. Ceiling looks great the required clean up by us was unacceptable.

The company did well. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the door, only that it wasn’t real smooth. It’s not their fault, it’s the manufacturer. It wasn’t perfect, let’s just put it that way. I had to pay a deposit of $912 and we gave them the check. The total amount was $1,580.

They were very flexible with me adding on additional work. I am very detail oriented and they did the best that they could with what I wanted.

It was satisfactory. They did arrive on time. They did leave some small gaps underneath the flanges on the poles, so we had to go out and buy some fillers to prevent water from coming in. I however did notice this til later.

Craig was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and with professionalism. I am happy with the work that was done and appreciate him completing the job within the timeframe indicated. I would definitely hire him again.

Communication was probably my fault because I didn't understand the online time given me was a window of time for an evaluation. I thought that was the time for the job to be performed! Then another glitch in communication when the workman started at 7:30 AM. My street informally used an agreement that contractors begin at 8 AM; all communication issues but the work was good!

Craig and his crew were exceptional! The were punctual, courteous and thorough. They delivered exactly what was promised and exactly on time. I plan to use them in the future as the need arises.

GREAT! Craig and his team gave a fair and honest estimate and performed the work superbly. I was even out of town when the work was being done. I have used this company before and was so satisfied that I felt comfortable with not being home at the time the work was completed. Craig was great in helping me decide on the right vinyl siding and the color. Craig was willing to speak with me on the phone and walk me through the options as well as educate me the various aspects of the work and process. I was well pleased with the siding and the work. I highly recommend this company.

All work performed was excellent. I have hired Craig and his team to do a variety of projects over the past four years and I've been extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and final outcome of each job. It's hard to find a contractor who you trust, who you believe is pricing the work fairly and who takes pride in his craft by doing the job right. Craig and his team have all of those qualities. And considering how difficult it is to find people who meet all of those qualifications, I've come to rely on 5 Star over the years not only for their work but also for their knowledge and advice.

The workers were very professional and efficient -- they had a large team of workers here that completed all of the tasks in a day and a half. The workmanship was excellent and their invoice was exactly what the estimate was. Furthermore they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

Five Star Quality Construction arrived on time ready to start at 8:00 AM. They explained, in detail, the plans for the job and proceeded with removing the old wood. They measured and cut sections of the hardy plank and attached to the block column. After completing attaching hard plank and trim boards, they caulked all seams. The area was then cleaned.

Did very thorough inspection and noticed some areas that needed work that was not on my list. Gave quote, scheduled me, and called the day to verify before arriving - always kept me in the loop. Came with a work crew of 4 people and they each tackled a different area and completed the work by lunch. When Craig checked out the work, found one of the jobs needed a little tweaking and immediately completed the task. Hard to find a carpenter that is willing to do several small jobs - wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Provider asked me for my address and I advised I was in Wesley Chapel. I needed a few repairs done for my home in order for our buyer to qualify for FHA. I specifically needed some tile fixed and the part where the vent leak fixed. I was very relieved when he told me that his service could do it. Once he said he could do it, I told another service that said it could come out on Friday no. AFTER I GAVE HIM OUR ADDRESS, he sends me the following message and I QUOTE: I am sorry but we are located in Brandon and it is not financially advantageous for our company to dispatch for such minor repairs. I regret any inconvenience but we will not be coming out tomorrow. Thank you. NEXT TIME CHECK!!!

Very unprofessional company called set up and appt almost a week in advance Craig was to show between 11 and 1 i waited till after 1 and called him said he had the flu and wanted to reschedule. i change my sch around to be here for our appt. if you are going to cancel do it the day before or the morning of. What a wast of my day. Second angie list no show this week

Craig is an amazingly patient, genuine, and responsive person, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions throughout the process, and I never sensed any negative vibes when I changed my mind about a couple of things- he really wants you to be comfortable with his work. He gave me excellent resources to select my door and the window. His price was very fair, I believe, and he and his crew were very prompt and professional each day. The siding looks exceptional, and when I did have a request to change how one corner looked, they said they understood why the piece of trim wood from my old siding that was near the lanai was unsightly, and they removed it and extended the siding with new pieces. Now the corner looks clean and neat, like the rest of that part of the house! What can I say about the door? I love it!!! So pretty, and i can't wait to stain it the color I want! Craig even made a special trip to install the lockset when my locksmith couldn't make it to the house. I would definitely recommend Craig and 5 Star Quality Construction for your construction or remodeling needs!

Price was 20% lower than a couple other bids I got. I especially appreciated how Craig's team was willing to color match and supply their own paint (I paid for this obviously but other bidders wanted me to figure out the color on my own and supply paint for them, as a color blind guy and no spare paint leftover from when the house was built, this was not going to be my forte). Work was good quality and only took a few days. I would use 5 star again for future projects.

I was kept updated on when the workers would be out to do repairs. They arrived promptly, did a great job and cleaned up afterward. I also really appreciate the fact that I was able to fully communicate with all the workers in English. Will definitely use this contractor again in the future.

I loved working with Craig and his crew! I was taking care of most of this long distance, which can be a little scary, but from the moment I first spoke with Craig I felt comfortable with him and with the suggestions he made about the work. When I arrived, his crew was hard at work and they were absolutely terrific. Whenever I find additional issues, Craig is my first call. Awesome experience!

When contacted relative to awarding them the job they showed up when they said they would and completed the work in one day. Very satisfied with the job. Plan on calling them in the near future for some addition work on my roof.
