Description of Work: Alice Ohme of Wagner Realty is trying to get a buyer for my condo. She is very good and represents me well. My condo is now under contract awaiting the closing costs. Her fee was $3090 and she did an excellent job. She held several open houses and did a great job in advertising and promoting a sale. I am very satisfied.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them as a broker was excellent. When I decided to buy real estate as an individual I knew that I wanted to use them. It has been a great experience working with them. I give them a five star rating! They are easy to get along with and very friendly. My phone calls were always returned promptly. When they say they are going to do something they do it. Other agencies pale in comparison to this company. They pay attention to detail, go the extra mile, and are very professional. Every bit of work they have done for me has been perfect. I'm planning on using them again in a couple of months.
Description of Work: I used them to buy property in the Florida area.
