We are very impressed with the service and professionalism and care shown to us by everyone associated with this business. The designers we consulted worked with us and listened to us when we described what we wanted to have done. Don came out to measure, arriving promptly and answered our many questions. The installation team was top-knotch! Clebber lead the team and all of them were professional, clean, on time, and considerate of our needs. They finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up throuroughly before leaving. I highly recommend Wade's for all your interior design projects!

Less than a year later, carpet nap was significantly worn in front of couch. Representatives came out and noted the worn area and took pictures to send to carpet manufacturer. Larry, the owner, then came to the house to look at carpet and said he had seen only one or two similar carpets with this issue. Larry said that usually people have a area rug or a coffee table in front of couch (I guess to hide the worn carpet), that I must have dug my heels into the carpet and that there was nothing he could or would do. (Several weeks later a rep did call and offer to patch carpet but noted this was not a great solution because it would be noticeable). Hard to believe Larry blamed this issue on me (failure to buy a coffee table and area rug! and digging my heels into the carpet?) FYI: I've never received any input from the carpet manufacturer re this issue. Bottom line: no reasonable solution to this problem.

After a week of calls, we were told that they don't do repair, such as restretching, on carpeting that they didn't install. We were disappointed in the way this was handled with multiple telephone calls and confusing messages.

They installed the carpet and ceramic tile in our condo while we were away. The work was excellent, everytime somebody comes over they compliment our floors.

Outstanding work. We have spent a lot of money with this company in the past. Would reccomend to anyone.
