Absolutely worthless. Took off work for them to repair our hot water heater that they installed. Two days of them not showing up when they said they would be here. Totally a waste. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Never again!!! If I could give them a negative rating I would. Please don’t waste your time and money on them.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever received from a company. We purchased our A/C unit six years ago, we also were under warranty for 15 years, we haven’t even lived in this house for 15 years. Yet, we’re having to pay out of pocket to fix an issue with our A/C unit that has left us without Air conditioning for almost two weeks now. As soon as the a/cs control panel failed, we immediately called. We live in Tampa, Florida, this is one of the hottest years for Tampa. We are above 70 years old, suffering in 90 degree heat for the last week and a half, we also have grandchildren living here as well as pets. Not only are we paying out of pocket; Unique Airs communication is horrific. Everyone we spoke with were rude, with the exception of one employee, we’ve been told the part isn’t in, then one employee says the part has in fact arrived, then we get the run around when it will be fixed. However, they NEVER show up. The receptionist, rude, the technicians, rude. This is by far the worst company I have ever been involved with and I’ve been alive for over 70 years. I’ve had several health complications since the a/c failed, my grandchildren, one with asthma, can’t breathe inside; she has to go outside to get any sort of relief. She also works for the stadium, and works outside 24/7 when she comes home she has to take a freezing cold shower JUST to breathe. But Unique Air does not care. They let their costumers suffer without giving them ANY information; and consistently fails to return our phone calls and even fails to even show up at the designated times that THEY specified. Do not do business with unique air, they are a terrible company and do not care about their customers.

Advertises on iHeart Radio in AM - "Deal" we accepted included 12 years Parts & Labor Warranty. Good product installation work crew (2). Old unit was over 12 years old; in our best interests to upgrade at this time. Good customer service and customer contact practices. Wanted to add surname: Ricker

Chad, I want you to know you have never met a more formidable adversary. Here’s what I promise you. I will make a very detailed report to the Better Business Bureau. You don’t have a defense or surely you would have voiced it. You are a derelict and should not be in the position that you are. I promise that by the end of this week I will have filed a small claims lawsuit against you. I will deliver this to the CEO of your company. You ruined my shower I have the pictures. What is your defense? I have been very nice but that is over. I will get to those above you one way or the other. I can’t wait to have you in front of a judge or mediator and watch you choke on your saliva. I want you to know that I look forward to meeting such and incompetent manager. We had our annual maintenance on Monday,August 15th and it was determined that we should consider a new air conditioner unit. Another gentleman came out the next day and gave a thorough rundown of what our options were. Installation was scheduled for the next day! The guys that did all the work were very nice, respectful, clean, prompt and thorough. I would like to recognize Quinn, JR, Martin and Robert for a job well done! Thank you, gentlemen!

I've been with them for 14 years. They messed up. I'm on a yearly contract with them. They did not go in for 7 to 9 months. They were suppose to go in every 3 months to change filters and stuff. Well they didn't go in, they didn't put the filters in, I ended up with a house full of mold and mildew. The insurance company wouldn't cover it. It has cost me so far almost fifty thousand dollars out of my pocket. The only reason I am still with them is because they gave me a good deal on the accessorizing additions on the unit up in the attic with the UV protection and bacterial and viral protection and mold & mildew protection. It cost me another three thousand dollars but they gave me the deal and so I took it. I am staying with them. But I am not happy. I am not happy that they did this to me. They had my house key in the office and they said I never called back on anything. For fourteen years they've had the instructions that if you don't reach me, you know I work part time up in Chicago, you have the key in your office and you just go and do your job and they didn't. I think the insurance company didn't want to pay out because they didn't want to get in court with another business. I'm the one that got hurt.
